I have a user that is part of 3 teams and because I've shared the "IDC Roadmap" with all 3 teams (for which there is minimal, but some, overlap in membership), there are 3 copies of the same shared item. Even crazier, is that if I collapse one "Steering Committee" folder, all 3 collapse. So, the system knows it's the same but doesn't know it's being displayed multiple times.

There are no security permissions that can be set to control who can create a task type. We want to limit this to specific roles. We are on the custom field by task type beta and having other users able to create multiple task types can get confusing.

Can we have Workspace Owner and Admins visiblity to private spaces, folders, lists? It does not make sense the private space / list owners need to always need to add the Admins so they can run compliance auditing.

I'm an Admin of Business plan. I can't reset a member password, I can't reset 2FA method. The only 2 options I have is: resend invitation cancel invite. This is ridiculous. Why admins have so few options to manage user's accounts?... An admin should have rights to: reset password reset 2FA remove 2FA change user email change user name

Right now, enabling "Send Login Link" requires enabling "Manage Users," which grants full access to invite users in the Workspace. We want to give department managers (Admins) the ability to do things like Sending other member's unique login link without giving them the entire user management package.

When invite permissions are toggled off for a role, the invite button should either be hidden or completely non-functional (not route to admin for approval). Enforce that only workspace owners or designated Admins can invite anyone.

It would be AMAZING if folders shared from a different account's workspace could be shown in my CU account as well. It's difficult that for each client, I have to log into a different account. It would be neat to have shared folders shown in a "shared with me" section.

Allow specific users or teams to access the task, including the task description and related details, while restricting visibility of comments within the task.

It would be very useful to have shared ownership of a space.

[From Support ticket] Add a setting that allows owners/admins to set date format preference across the whole workspaces rather than having each member do it for themselves in their personal settings.
