Feature Requests

It would be very convenient to have the ability to have subfolders. I use folders for classifying projects. For example, Projects would be a Folder name. 2019 Projects would be a Subfolder name.

When uploading images (jpg, png), the thumbnail becomes a preview of the image. Why doesn't this happen with a pdf document? There are several people who have made similar requests. I found 3 with a total of 122 likes. Maybe more? In any case not few and does seem like a justified request that deserves attention. Maybe for other file formats as well? It could be used to have some "Cancelled, Closed, NotABug, ..."

From support ticket: user would like holidays to be applied to Workload view

Right now, automations are done at the list level. This gives far less control since every task in that last would be subject to that automation. I am suggesting that automations be done at the TASK level so that you can set something for just 1 task.

Please introduce a function that allows you to EDIT CUSTOM templates without having to run them first, change them and then save them again.

We have routine automations that we program into some of our lists and these are informational, including a date field, but the timezone of the ClickUp user is irrelevant. Our team members are all remote and the information we are communicating via these notifications is about someone other than a ClickUp user.

Currently, there's no option to enable AI tools for specific users only, and some users might not need this feature at all. Please consider introducing a feature similar to GitHub Copilot integration: the organization is billed monthly for the number of seats selected for given users.
