Consider adding in-app notifications when exceeding the guest limit for the active plan instead of billing users immediately. I have run into this problem several times. Every time I go to add guests to a ClickUp project plan, I have a lot of available slots. I add clients as comment-only guests to a list, and then several hours later, my bank account is charged for adding new members. With no prior warning via email or in-app notification! 😠 Understandably, I am confused. The total number of available guests shows 11 slots, and I have only used 7. I should be fine, right? No. After drilling down into my billing information, it reveals that I only have 5 free guest slots on my plan. Mystery solved! Fortunately, the last time this happened, there were insufficient funds in my business account, so no charge was taken. However, had I been flush, I would have spent money unnecessarily without any prior warning. Therefore, please add a notification system to warn users immediately when they exceed their guest limit. That way, they can decide to cancel the process of adding new guests or proceed with accepting the additional billing charges BEFORE being charged. Thanks.
