Dear Development Team, It would be great if ClickUp allow us to upgrade specific members to use ClickUp AI and not all members. Now it is possible either to upgrade all members or not. Thank you for your attention to this request.

From support ticket: Allow for all plans to be HIPAA compliant by issuing BAA

Currently you can only pay with credit card. Since I don't have one, I can't upgrade. Please add more payment options such as Paypal!

List that shows all features usage and compare with the features' limit so we can manage our feature usage under limit easily

Some features have a limited amount of usages, like Gantt view, and custom fields (I believe). But, free plan users do not know about these limits until they reach it, and can't continue using that future. And I feel that's “disappointing”, because you can not longer use that view (For example) along with its configuration, which took time to set up. I came up with 2 possible solutions (I use views as example, because that was my problem): A simple badge (Maybe a “+”, “P” (Premium), “B” (Business)...) New layout, with 3 sections/headers: “Available”, “Limited” and “Unavailable”. I will add an image of a draft I made with DevTools. (Margin/padding is not ok, but I hope you get the idea of the headers)

You should be able to assign a fee to each ClickUp user and, using the working hours, track the financial status of the project. This functionality should also allow to add other expenses like marketing, travelling... The best would be to be able to set the fee for each project to avoid messing up old projects when updating the fees.

Is possible to have users on differents plans in the same Workspace ? I need users with business plan features and users with unlimited plan features.

I would like to see a notification, pop up or email, that advises users as to when their billing cycle renews. In this instance, we added several people slowly over time but all accounts renewed on the date the earliest account was added and caused some difficulties with an unexpected expense.

Currently, the ClickUp subscription payment method is not compliant with RBI guidelines. As a result, transactions using Indian bank cards are being declined. Kindly take the necessary action to resolve this issue.
