I use Everything to see all of my tasks, so I'd like Personal List to be included in it. Right now I can only see it on Home. :)

A Gallery view would make a useful addition to the Time, List, and Board views. In the Gallery view, tasks would appear on cards, just like the existing Board view, but without constraining cards to columns. Board view is good for workflows. Gallery view would be good for filtering and browsing. The important thing to realize is that tasks don't always get done in order, and some don't require a workflow. A reading list is one example of a use case in which I might want to filter and browse tasks in a gallery view. Choosing the next blog topic for an editorial calendar is another. The screenshot shows an example of the gallery view used in Airtable. This example happens to show recipes—another example of 'tasks' I might want to filter and browse.

Reduce hours already completed toward estimate, so that the remaining total reflects what is actually left to complete for each day.

It would be super helpful for our team if we could sort all tasks across all projects by "status" and have them appear in the order our of our status-flow. It's currently possible to sort by status in list view, but instead of sorting in order of your status pipeline (as they would be in board view, or everywhere else), the list is confusingly sorted alphabetically by names of statuses. This means that if your workflow order is INFO > BACKLOG > SPRING PLANNING > CURRENT SPRINT > QR sorting them by status in list view will display them out of order, like this: BACKLOG > CURRENT SPRINT > INFO > QR > SPRINT PLANNING

I would like to be able to view the documents in a table view, just like in Notion. In this way, we could relocate databases with their respective documents. It could be an easier way to organize documents in different databases (instead of folders) as well as insert/mention them in pages or tasks. I'm importing my Notion documents into Clickup pages, but I'm having great difficulty keeping them organized there. In Notion my documents are organized and sorted by database resources. Would it be possible to work on it? Congratulations for the work guys! Loving Clickup!

The ability to set custom hours to any day that you have the task planned for. e.g. 6,6,4,0,8 Original description: For now if I have a task with estimate 27h Click up will divide it equally for all days. So if I think this task will take me 4 days it will be divided 6:45 for each day. This is wrong approach because most likely I will be working 3 full days (8hours each) and rest 3 hours on 4th day. So I wish to change how workload is divided throughout a chosen period. (I have copied Simonas' description from https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/workload-2 )

I would like to suggest several improvements to the text functionality inside Shapes. Ability to remove links from text Currently, when you paste or add text with a hyperlink inside a Shape, there is no way to remove the link while keeping the text. There should be an option to remove the hyperlink styling from the text. Basic text formatting inside Shapes Please add the ability to apply basic text styles within Shapes, such as bold and italic, to individual words or lines. This would make it much easier to structure and emphasize information. Text highlighting It would also be very helpful to add the ability to highlight specific words or lines with color inside Shapes. This is important for clearer visual organization and better readability of different points within a Shape.

Ability to display tasks in a list while hiding all tags... so that it is easier to quickly view all of your tasks, but you still have the option to filter with tags when needed.

Currently, ClickUp only allows grouping views by their type (all Lists together, all Boards together, etc.). There is no way to create custom groups/folders of views and, critically, no way to assign permissions to a group of views at once. The problem: In cross-functional projects or large teams, a single List or Folder may have 20–40+ views, each tailored to a specific sub-team, campaign, or workflow. Managing these views today requires: Setting permissions (private/shared) on each view individually. Users scrolling through a flat, cluttered list of views to find the ones relevant to them. No logical grouping that reflects team structure, project phases, or campaigns. This doesn't scale. When a new campaign launches involving 5 teams, I have to create views for each team, then manually share each view with the right people one by one. If team composition changes, I have to update permissions on every single view. Proposed solution: Introduce View Folders (or "View Groups") that work like lightweight containers for views: Custom grouping: Create named groups (e.g., "Brand Team Views", "Q3 Campaign", "Executive Dashboards") and drag any view type (List, Board, Calendar, Gantt, Dashboard) into them. Group-level permissions: Assign sharing & permissions at the folder/group level. Everyone in the group gets access to all views inside it. Individual overrides still possible. Inheritance: When a new view is added to a group, it automatically inherits the group's permissions. Collapsible in the sidebar: Groups collapse/expand so teams only see what's relevant to them, reducing clutter. Mixed view types per group: A single group can contain a Board, a Calendar, and a Dashboard, whatever that team or workflow needs together. Example: A marketing campaign folder has 30 views. I create View Groups: "Brand Team" (Board + Calendar + Gantt) → shared with Brand team "Performance Team" (Table + Dashboard) → shared with Performance team "Leadership" (Dashboard + Timeline) → shared with directors only One permission change per group instead of managing 30 individual views. Clean sidebar, zero confusion. Why this matters: Dramatically reduces admin overhead for permission management. Keeps the view bar clean and navigable for large teams. Enables true team-scoped experiences within shared project locations. Makes ClickUp viable for enterprise-scale view management without workarounds

It would be great to have a dashboard view option in the team view so we can also show what projects people are working on. At the minute this is a list of predefined views 'overview, analytics, priorities, team, team chart, standup, workload, timesheet' If we could configure this to show a dashboard view we could customise which area's we want to see from each team member and put relevant charts and information. Also it would be useful to have a calendar overlay view so we can see everyone's outlook calendars all in one place rather than using outlook.
