I would like to put this on my office dashboard. However it requires a sign in. Dashboards, much like tasks should have the ability to share and viewed. Allow the operator make the decision much like tasks. Code is there. So it wouldnt be super difficult to add.

Hello! Can I use formula fields too in my Dashboard, in such widgets like Bar chart, etc? Now I only can use money fields, but would really appreciate adding Formula fields too!

Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

Hello ClickUp team, I would like to request an improvement to the dashboard functionality regarding the Sprint field. Currently, when creating dashboards by Sprint, I am facing inconsistencies in the reported numbers. Even when selecting a specific list as the Data Source (for example, Sprint 9), the cards still count tasks that do not exclusively belong to that Sprint. This mainly happens because: Tasks and subtasks are included even when only one of them belongs to the selected Sprint Items from previous Sprints (such as Sprint 8) are still being counted This behavior compromises the accuracy of Sprint-based dashboards. My suggestion is: 👉 Add a direct Sprint filter in the dashboard card settings, using the existing native Sprint field This would allow: Filtering exactly by tasks and subtasks that belong to the selected Sprint Ensuring more accurate metrics Avoiding the need to create duplicate custom fields I was advised to create a custom Sprint field as a workaround, but I do not find this approach ideal, since the platform already has a native field with the same purpose. This creates unnecessary duplication of work and potential inconsistencies. Ideally, dashboard configuration should allow filtering by: Data Source (list/folder/space) Specific Sprint (native field) In the attached image, you can see an example where the card is counting tasks from Sprint 8, even though Sprint 9 is selected as the source. I believe this improvement would significantly enhance accuracy and usability for teams working with Sprint-based management. I’m happy to provide more details if needed. Thank you!

Problem: We use Task Types as service buckets (Creative, Paid, Content, etc.). We need one Time Reporting Dashboard card that shows time tracked between two fixed dates and groups/breaks down by Task Type. Current grouping is too tied to location (ex: List) and does not support grouping time entries by Task Type within a normal client/project list structure. Value: Enables billing-grade client reporting (“hours used vs hours remaining by service bucket”), budgeting, margin tracking, and removes the need to maintain many cards per Task Type per client. Desired outcome: Add Task Type as a grouping option in the Time Reporting Dashboard card, ideally with multi-level grouping (Task Type; then Task/Client/Project; then User optional). Date ranges must be based on time entry dates (time tracked between Date A and Date B).

Would like the ability to Archive Dashboards rather than just deleting them.
