We cannot currently pull relationship or rollup fields into Dashboard reporting. We are using relationships & rollup fields to keep regularly updated fields up to date across all lists/tasks (i.e. if a person's manager changes and they're also on our training waiting list, we only have to change the manager in one place but the info flows through to the linked task in the waiting list as well). For example, I'd like to be able group a dashboard chart by manager to see how many people with the same manager are on the waitlist (or from the same team, in the same level, etc.).

Please allow dashboard charts to use more than one custom field at the same time. Right now, charts can only reference a single field, which limits reporting and comparisons. Adding support for multi‑field charting (e.g., plotting Field A vs Field B, dual‑axis charts, or multi‑metric bars) would make dashboards far more powerful and reduce the need for external tools.

Hello! Can I use formula fields too in my Dashboard, in such widgets like Bar chart, etc? Now I only can use money fields, but would really appreciate adding Formula fields too!

Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

We want to be able to delete dashboards belonging to former employees. Since administrators are not owners, they do not have the ability to delete dashboards or revoke sharing rights with others.

The possibility to set a configured dashboard as a homescreen would be highly appreciated.

I need to be able to schedule a dashboard report to be delivered on a fixed date in the middle of the month every month - this is just not possible. Also I have another which I want to be delivered on the same date every month just in time before another report goes out - but this just isn't possible currently.

Hi, I would like to build bar charts that show multiple values (one bar per formula) for each project, to give a clear financial snapshot. Currently, we’ve noticed two limitations: Bar charts only allow a single value per bar, so we can't display multiple metrics side by side for the same project. While it is possible to use a formula field as the value (Measure By) in the chart, when we try to Group By, ClickUp does not allow selecting a formula field. This prevents us from grouping or segmenting the data based on those calculated metrics. This functionality would be extremely valuable for project-based financial reporting. Are there any existing workarounds for this, or could this be considered for future development? Thank you for your support and for continually improving ClickUp’s features.

I run a ticketing system we have a huge backlog of work - I am trying to see a graph overtime that shows the number of tickets open each month. I cannot seem to do this any way what so ever and it is the most basic graph someone may need to see. The trend going up or down for are you clearing the backlog of work. A single line with how many tickets were open each month. I cannot even do a calcuation card per month with how many tickets were open in february - as there is not an option to select all open tickets on a date.... this is really missing from your dashboards!

I need to be able to report on the average time tasks spend in specific statuses depending on certain variables. It would be helpful if these could be usable fields in dashboard calculations and custom charts. I can see that the information is stored in the task, but I have no way of using it.
