Adding the week numbers would be a tremendous help as in Europe a lot of business appointments and due dates are oriented around them.

Similar to adding holidays on the new Calendar, would like holidays on Gantt view

Track actual completion vs planned in gantt view.

When creating gantt view surely need an option that autoschedules the dates as you either add a duration (please add a duration!) or by linking tasks together they should auto schedule based on dates. this is standard behaviour on any planning tool (llook at primavera / MSP / teamgantt). this has been quoted as a reason not to use teamgannt by the team hoever trivial it might sound. surely a really easy and quick fix

I greatly appreciate using ClickUp, especially the Gantt chart feature, which is invaluable for visualizing project timelines. However, I've encountered situations where, while establishing dependencies between tasks on the Gantt chart, I unintentionally alter a task's duration due to mouse interactions. For instance, when setting a dependency from Task A to Task B, I might accidentally drag Task A's bar, inadvertently changing its start or end date. To mitigate such issues, it would be immensely helpful to have a feature that temporarily locks a task's duration on the Gantt chart. Specifically, this would involve fixing the start and end dates of tasks to prevent unintentional modifications during dependency setups or view adjustments. Moreover, the ability to toggle this lock feature using a keyboard shortcut would significantly enhance workflow efficiency. For example, implementing Cmd + L for Mac users and Ctrl + L for Windows users could be effective combinations. ClickUp stands out as an exceptional tool that combines robust functionality with intuitive design, making it indispensable in our daily operations. Many times when scheduling I need two tasks to finish at the same time and want to know the required start dates. I would suggest that additional dependency options other than "blocks" or "is blocking" like Start/Start Start/Finish Finish/Finish and +/- days modifiers are needed.

It would be great if tasks could be grouped (and collapsed) in a Gantt view the way they can be in a list view. This would be particularly useful for custom fields. For example if you have a custom dropdown field for region, period, customer, product, program, etc. it would be great to be able to see all tasks with each dropdown field value grouped together.

The ability to add Custom Vertical Lines to the Gantt view similar to the vertical line depicting today.

Would be really good if you could use choose to show custom date fields for the Gantt chart, I often use due dates for reminders or other due tasks in a project, and not necessarily the actual project end date. If I could create fields such as 'proposed start/ end dates' then I could forward plan and see what dates are available to do client projects using the Gantt chart
