Feature Requests

It would be great to get an option on List view to be able to toggle the visibility of Tags on or off. I have a List view with a grouping and filters where the Tags are always going to be the same once that group and those filters are applied. Therefore, I don't need to see those Tags next to the Task name on that List, which add to visual clutter. Tags next to the Task name are really useful everywhere else, but not on this particular List view. So it would be great to be able to simply choose to show or hide Tags for that List view only.

Please add the copy & paste shortkeys CTRL+C and CRTL+V as well as a right-click or dropdown option to copy/paste. All of these ClickUp features need it to function: Tasks Subtasks Checklists Rows Columns Cells and tables inside a task (like Excel)

Hi! When I mark a task complete, the window confirming that pops up in the lower left. Confirmation is nice, but often when I'm checking a task complete, I have more than one status to update, and the pop up makes me pause for several seconds while I wait for it to disappear when I'm scrolled to the bottom of the page. Please move the pop up or make it easy to dismiss.

There is an indicator that there is a List description, but no indicator that there are attachments. You have to open List info to find this out.

Currently when at the folder level the folder’s header information can be toggled open/closed, but the lists within the folder are using a different button and open view a side panel. It would be great to have the UX be the same for all location /header information.

Would like to be able to see a task's attachments as a column while in Table View. I can add a new column to table view for files, but I can't use the existing files that get uploaded to the task as a column. Use case: asset tracker. We upload images of WIP work and would like to be able to see those tasks in a table view, since many people on the team are used to spreadsheet methods of organizing information. Need to be able to see attached images. Bonus if it's a GIF that plays in table view!

Enable another layer of nested subtasks to show up in filters beyond 3 layers when adding subtasks to another list. We want to be able to plan Theme/Goal, Objectives, Key-Results, Initiatives, Tasks, etc.. using nested layers of subtasks all in one list. When finished planning I would like to add the deeper nested subtasks into other lists for other teams to work on. For example, when I add "Initiatives" (4th nested Layer) into another list. I cannot see it's nested subtasks when "Show Subtasks as Separate Tasks" is selected. All we need is one more layer. Others users may want more.

The recently added “toggle” that appears on hover alongside a task that acts to create a Subtask is extremely misleading. Our team has already commented that it makes them think there are subtasks that are not appearing. It doesn’t make sense that a dropdown toggle like this would be used as a UI element to CREATE a new Subtask instead of view existing subtasks. The + already serves this purpose in a way that makes UX sense. The toggle simply adds confusion. It’d be helpful if ClickUp either changed the view toggle to a + instead of a rotating triangle (i.e. Make the “Create” button a “Create” button and NOT a VIEW toggle)and remove the other location, or remove this toggle entirely.

It would be great to include relationship data and rollup fields in an export of a list view.
