Allow admins to reset Member password, email and 2FA.
Pavel Pronin
I'm an Admin of Business plan. I can't reset a member password, I can't reset 2FA method.
The only 2 options I have is:
- resend invitation
- cancel invite.
This is ridiculous. Why admins have so few options to manage user's accounts?...
An admin should have rights to:
- reset password
- reset 2FA
- remove 2FA
- change user email
- change user name

Preach- this is a standard feature that seems crazily left out.

2FA sms service was down and one of our users who had not set up 2FA with authenticator app ended up being locked out for a couple of hours. A ClickUp support agent was able to help by providing a bypass link, however it is outragous that an admin or the owner cannot reset 2FA so users can login

It's outrageous that a workspace Admin cannot change a user's email address. I can't think of a single other productivity app that doesn't have such a basic, fundamental capability.

This is basic admin functionality that is desperately lacking in ClickUp. Please increase the priority of this feature and get it delivered!
It would also reduce the load on the ClickUp helpdesk not having to deal with what should be a trivial fix for a company admin.

I totally agree! We have had two issue of users not being able to access their account. They both forgot their password and also had a new phone. So they could not reset the password with 2FA. Also ClickUp support was unable to fix the issue fast.
Of course it is also our fault to loose password and 2FA. But if you have a lot of users, some of them only using ClickUp not so frequently and not being IT enthusiasts, it happens from time to time.
As a workspace owner I should be able to fix those cases quickly.
Reset password, reset 2FA or both at the same time.

incredible this is not an option yet. Obviously not a true enterprise-grade application.

The ability for a workspace owner to reset 2FA in order to gain access to accounts that my business is paying for is an absolute must-have for us. Very alarmed to recently discover this is not possible recently.
At the very least we should be able to disable 2FA for the workspace to ensure that we cannot be locked out of our own accounts if we lose a team member (or a team member loses their cell phone).

Allow admins to update emails, send password resets
Nicole Archer
The forgot password functionality has not been working. It is a simple fix to allow admin/owners to update an email and send a forgot password/password reset link. That is fairly standard in most applications. Have lost a few days of productivity because of help, support and chat being unable to resolve cleanly in adequate support time. (DAYS!)
