Allow admins to reset Member password, email and 2FA.

I'm an Admin of Business plan. I can't reset a member password, I can't reset 2FA method.
The only 2 options I have is:
- resend invitation
- cancel invite.
This is ridiculous. Why admins have so few options to manage user's accounts?...
An admin should have rights to:
- reset password
- reset 2FA
- remove 2FA
- change user email
- change user name

When people join clickup, they enter all manner of names: all in caps, all in lower case, first name only, no name, initials, their email.....as an organization, and as the owner of the entire workspace, i wish there was administrative ability to go through a tidy up all the names. It's not just appearance, but using the task assignment and commenting features of ClickUp requires that you can find someone by their name.

To check in on this I noticed that we were not able to change user names in ClickUp and I'm having to manually ask contractors and other new employees to change their names as you have to change it yourself. IE admin's don't have the ability to edit or change the names.

If you aren't going to actually develop this feature, you need to stop charging enterprise rates to set up SSO with Microsoft or other IDPs.

We're still unable to change the email addresses of users as an administrator. I opened support and they only let you vote here so that you can develop it. When I open the link I find that this request has existed since 2021. It's shameful that they haven't yet developed something so basic and so necessary for tool management.

Armine Seropyan I have a member that is locked out. Needs password reset AND reset 2FA. We can get them logged in with the link, but can't update the password or the 2FA. Any update here?
