I want to calculate the amount of time that tasks have been scheduled per day based on the task duration, not time estimates. E.g. If I have a task scheduled between 9am-11am, then another from 1pm-2pm and another from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, it would show as 5hrs scheduled. This could be achieved by adding another option in the drop down that shows how the workload is calculated (Sprint Point, Tasks, Time Entries) or having an automation that automatically updates the time estimate based on task duration. The way we work is to book time to complete task in our calendar. This uses sub tasks as the “bookings”, and the associated task has most of the information such as time estimates etc. Any time entries on the sub tasks get rounded up to the main task so we can track progress that way. What we are missing is a functional way to track our workload. Manually updating the time estimate to match the task duration every time we book time in our calendar is not practical.

On and off function of the capacity bar in the workload display. Especially if you only work with “group by: assignee”. In a large team, each assistant has their own capacity display, but this is very annoying.

Hi can you please add time tracked in workload. Workload was the initial time estimate. but if a project takes more time than the estimate. The workload should increase too. Thanks

I'd love to have the option to have a monthly view of my resources time/effort allocation in the Workload view.

Hey all, It would be so helpful to have my personal list tasks from my homepage, show up in my workload view - so I can have one spot where I can see all my live tasks, rather than having to have 2 seperate spaces to check across. Thanks :)

We have X amount of resources with X number of hours which we need to see by day/week/month. Ability to see the capacity available for each resource to reassign time and schedule work. In this view we need to be able to quickly view availability and exceeded capacity. We would like to see a screen (view) in ClickUp like Calendar. Where you have resources (on the left side and hours/days/weeks/months on the top side. You can then drag and drop scheduled / unscheduled tasks on a resource.

Sometimes we don't need the granularity of seeing workloading per day but it would be good to see it per week for each person

We would like to assign people with a fixed percentage of their capacity to a task/project/project phase. E.g. assign Florian with 50% of his capacity (50% * 40h per week =20h per week). Assigning someone with a fixed amount of hours per week (e.g. 20 h per week) would also work. Our intention is to do high level resource portfolio/management. Assign people to projects, check if there is capacity for new projects,... In our use case projects/tasks that take longer than planned will continue to consume the same amount of resources for their duration. Please check out the example in the first screenshot.
