Feature Requests

I would like the ability to make tags specific to workspace, space, or lists. My company currently has "Industrial" and "Construction" under a Major Sales space that we report out of. The ability for all of the Industrial relevant tags to not have to be shown in the Construction list and vise versa would clean things up a ton.

It would be nice to be able to track who is a manager o supervisor or otherwise responsible person for an entire Space or List. For now, the workaround that I thought of is to include the person's name in a [Bracket].

Hi, just had a brief course of Monday. I like it very much as an overall overview, I hope some kind of future functionality will allow you to create such insightful and easy to manage overview, ideally of course linked to more detail in the project/list. One thing that I do miss and would like is a summary option for custom fields. It would be nice if I could sum a custom field on list or project level (when not sorted), just like e.g. time estimates. It would bring more consistency if custom fields and e.g. default fields like time estimates were treated similarly and allow both the option to add/disable and show a summary. Hope that makes sense :) PS: I used monday some years ago, but they have implemented some rather nice automations as well, but I saw those planned already.

It's very limiting that we can only set one default view by type with a template. For example, I want to be able to have more than one list view the default in a location.

Currently in version 2 beta, there is a menu where all of the spaces are listed, represented by a blue circle with their first character in it. This makes it a bit of a pain to find the space that I want to switch to. Allowing to a set color for each space and using this color in the menu would make this much easier (especially in our case, where multiple project start with the same char).

It would be awesome to be able to group spaces into different sections. I know, it's something not that 'wow', but it could help a lot! Let's say in our company we have different "types" of work: Internal and external. Internal: All common departments such as HR, Marketing, Finances, etc... External: Projects (with clients). This applies very well to us because we're a consulting firm. It would be great also to customize these names, as it happens with folders. (ie. Section 1 is called "Internal use", and section 2 is called "Projects")

Can I color code a space? I'd like to be able to look at calendar of all my space to plan tasks for the day, but need them color coded to distinguish each space/project/client

It would be awesome if we could create a separate space for clients only, with possibly an external url for clients to book appointments directly into the calendar. And if you ever include time-blocking to only allow certain available times, that would be even better!! That being said I'm new to this software so if it already exists please tell me how!!!
