đź’” I Love ClickUp. I Hate Using It on My Phone.
I LOVE ClickUp. Seriously. It's an amazing platform, and I genuinely want our entire company to use it. But the mobile app is making that almost impossible. What used to be relatively simple and intuitive has turned into a chaotic, confusing experience. Navigation is a mess. Finding what you need takes far too many taps. Chat is ridiculously hard to access. Something as basic as opening a conversation shouldn't feel like a treasure hunt. The interface is overwhelming. Too many elements, too many layers, not enough clarity. The learning curve is getting worse. Instead of making everyday work easier, the app creates unnecessary friction. And here's the biggest problem: Our employees simply don't want to use it. I'm trying to introduce ClickUp across our company, and the desktop experience is great. But when employees open the mobile app, they're confused, frustrated, and discouraged from using ClickUp altogether. For many employees, mobile is their primary way of accessing work tools. If the mobile experience fails, adoption fails. We don't need more features squeezed into a small screen. We need simplicity, clear navigation, fast access to Chat, and an interface that ordinary employees can understand without training. Please prioritize usability over complexity. Sometimes less really is more. If you're experiencing the same frustration, please upvote this request. Let's show the ClickUp team that a simple, intuitive mobile experience should be a priority. I love ClickUp. I just wish I could say the same about its mobile app.
