Proper Email Support
based on a suggestion via support ticket, i'd like to put my 10c here: proper email integration is missing in clickup. the root cause (as it seems to me) is that we currently can't integrate a support mailbox into clickup, instead we have to FORWARD mails from a support mailbox to a clickup list. this introduces all kinds of issues, like not beeing able to thread conversations, or the fact that it double-creates new tasks altough the external partner is replying to an existing conversation. before buying clickup i tested competitor solutions and the one that really stood out in terms of email support was onedesk. the email integration was that good that it was even able to handle mails MOVED into the support mailbox manually and was able to autodetect original partner source addresses when forwarding mails from personal mailboxes to the central support mailbox. consider building a similar solution? thanks for listening ;)
Google Meet Integration
Being able to use Google meets would be very useful. Either by scheduling a meeting on a task or by being able to get in the scheduled meeting from home>calendar.
2-way sync for Outlook
I'd like the ability to sync events created in my Outlook calendar back to ClickUp
Use Google Calendar Colors
Add the ability to apply the Google Calendar custom colors to the events added in the ClickUp Calendar view.
Integrate with or provide API to GoHighLevel so tasks can be viewed, edited, and managed in the GHL system.
2 way sync for Google Calendar
Hi There! I see all the tasks that I have planned for my day on the top of my calendar on the section "All day" and that is great! however, there are several things that would be great to fix and improve, see my notes below: when I mark tasks done, the tasks showing in my calendar don't go away. they stay there. if it is a 2 way sync, when I mark something done or moved to another day etc, It should reflect in my calendar, right? Any meetings I add under google calendar or that my team adds, they don't over to the calendar in click up. and even when I adjust the time of a task to be done specifically, like it is not updated in the CU Calendar... am I missing something maybe? let me know. thank you!
Turn the GitHub integration into a GitHub App
The current integration uses the account of the person that enabled it so in our organization it looks like I'm personally writing a comment under each new pull request. It's also impossible to tell if a task was closed by me or by a ClickUp automation. Please build a proper GitHub App and use your own App account to perform synchronization tasks. https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/developers/apps
