We would love to be able to use HTML templates for Emails in ClickUp

A customer portal that allows people to report bugs/give feedback/custom without having to log in (possibly allowing attachments as well)

First, if I click on a tag, it should be clickable. Second, if I click on a tag (within either a task or a sub-task), I should be able to search for all content (i.e. tasks/sub-tasks) by that tag.

Just as you could add variables to the emails in automation, You should be able to use the very same variables in the regular email templates.

In list view there is no way to find a task by Custom Task ID. I tried "Filter by task name..." search bar with no luck, I also cannot add a filter for Custom Task ID. It does show up in global search, (but only if you use the exact task id with prefix). But I want to search just the list I'm on. So we end up putting the custom task id in square brackets at the start of the task name. lame but it works. (but then in other views it gets doubled up and shows twice.) For example: "[DEV-1232] My task title".

Please add a toggle to enable Task Locations information for tasks in LineUp. This feature used to exist based on the ClickUp tutorial video covering the LineUp feature (Task Location information and Due Dates are visible above and below the task name). Without this, LineUp is useless for our business because it doesn't take into consideration scenarios in which people are assigned identically named tasks across different lists or spaces.

When I click "read more" to open the description on mobile, there is no option to collapse the description. I have to close out of the task, and go back in, to be able to see it with the description collapsed. This is problematic for tasks that have long descriptions. There should be an open/close toggle at the top of the description field on mobile.

It would be awesome to have Video-Call Function within the Chat window.

Allow sprint points to be a required field

Can you please create a widget for sprint points per member? we are using this to measure workload and productivity of our team and to provide incentives to the top performer.
