AI Notetaker

Allow AI Notetaker to join Google Meet without creating a Google Chat conversation
We rely on ClickUp AI Notetaker joining our Google Meet meetings automatically, and it works great for capturing notes. However, every time the AI joins, a new Google Chat conversation is created containing only the AI's introduction message. For client meetings, this feels unprofessional. It creates unnecessary Google Chat conversations that add clutter and can be confusing for our clients. We understand the introduction message exists for compliance and transparency so meeting participants know the AI is present. We completely support that goal. However, there may be better ways to accomplish it without creating a persistent Google Chat conversation. Requested functionality: Allow admins to disable the introduction message. Provide a silent join option that relies on the participant list or another in-meeting indicator to show the AI is present. Display a temporary in-meeting banner or notification (similar to other Meet notifications) instead of posting a chat message. Prevent the AI Notetaker from creating a Google Chat conversation when joining Google Meet, if technically possible. Allow different behavior for internal vs. external meetings. We want to keep automatic note-taking enabled across our organization, but this issue is significant enough that we're considering disabling it for client meetings. Customer-facing teams shouldn't have to choose between automated meeting notes and a professional client experience.
