AI Notetaker

Have a workspace settings page to get an overview of who is using AI Notetaker in the workspace

Have the note taker be invited to recurring meetings. Right now I have to enable it for each instance Have the notes from recurring meetings organized so each meeting is a page and the A toggle to decide if you want to share notes automatically with other attendees - would essentially be null if #2 was enacted because you could share the entire note with the attendees and they should have access to everything -I think lol

The notetaker should have the ability to participate in a meeting without being perceived as a bot, similar to the functionality in Sparkmail.

It would be very nice to be able to add AI Notetaker to SyncUp meetings!

Be able to create tasks by mentioning a command from the meeting chat

The ability to choose which list the tasks should be generated/created into from the AI notetaker would make awesome. : )

We have our daily stand-up that is each day, for us it is not desired to have an AI notetaker in this meeting as it has a lot of chitchat and banter and realistacally nothing we will refer to at a later point. Currently I need to disable the AI notetaker for each single standup meeting which is a hassle. Other tools allow you to disable it once for a recurring event.

I have turned off Clickup AI notetaker coming into meetings, because at the end of the day Fathom is better. But, it still tries to come in? Even though I stopped paying for the feature. Plus, I loath when the bot puts things in the zoom chat! That's so spammy. Please have it not do that. And if you have it take VIDEO too, THEN I would stop paying for Fathom!! I'd so rather be able to have the integration with CLIPS+Clickup AI Notetaker. If I could record meetings (with video), then take Clips from those to attach to SOPs and tasks?? That would be amazing. Looking forward to just having it be at minimum on the same level as Fathom.
