AI Notetaker

It would be very nice to be able to add AI Notetaker to SyncUp meetings!

Currently, the bot has Name's ClickUp Notetaker as the name of the bot. Ideally we'd like to have more control over the experience of the bot and adjust the name, image and possibly even chat messages it pushes in the conversation.

For all other notetaker tools I've used, Fathom, Bubbles, etc. you can easily set it so that everyone in the meeting receives the notes post meeting. Our entire organization works in ClickUp and so the inbox notification for the meeting notes should all go to meeting participants without permission needing to be allowed for everyone each and every time. It is creating more work after each and every meeting.

The ability to choose which list the tasks should be generated/created into from the AI notetaker would make awesome. : )

Have the note taker be invited to recurring meetings. Right now I have to enable it for each instance Have the notes from recurring meetings organized so each meeting is a page and the A toggle to decide if you want to share notes automatically with other attendees - would essentially be null if #2 was enacted because you could share the entire note with the attendees and they should have access to everything -I think lol

Enable manual activation of the AI notetaker during meetings through the button bar in the web browser or from the popup sidebar.

It would be wonderful if Notetaker could add a page to the document attached to the meeting on the calendar. I am constantly moving documents for recurring meetings so they are all housed in one location.

It would be nice to have access to the document the Notetaker is creating while the recording is happening to add personal notes, because, let's be honest, sometimes we REALLY don't want to forget some details. Or any other way to be able to add live notes and them be added to the final report. Read.ai does this well, while the recording is happening you have access to the live transcript and there's also a section with personal notes that you can add and will be within the final meeting report.

We have had several scenarios where multiple people in our company have AI Notetaker turned on for every meeting. That means that 4 or more notetakers join the same meeting in multiple scenarios. I would like to ability to set a hierarchy for which AI Notetaker takes priority. For example, if my notetaker is on the call, others are automatically removed (or not added). It causes confusion around who should share the notes, who is responsible for assigning actions etc and would be a very useful addition.
