Ability to add your own custom emoji, or a set of custom emoji from an emoji pack. Similar to Slack: https://slack.com/intl/en-cz/help/articles/206870177-Add-custom-emoji-to-your-workspace

It can happen that for example marketing terminology changes. Currently you cannot search and replace in clickup docs. So this would be useful.

Synced blocks enclose any section of text/images/etc. that can then be copied elsewhere and can be edited in multiple locations and it updates everywhere. For example, if I write out a goal that I want to keep in front of me, I can add it to all relevant docs and task descriptions and if I make changes to it, it'll update everywhere else as well.

I’ve noticed that when using ClickUp’s emoji keyboard shortcut, the emojis sit noticeably lower than the surrounding text. This misalignment becomes especially problematic when paired with highlights, badges, or other formatting, making text appear inconsistent. Copy and pasting from .com sites creates better formatting than ClickUp's UI offers. Proposed Improvement: -Adjust emoji positioning so they align properly with text on the same line. -Ensure compatibility with various formatting styles (bold, highlights, badges, etc.).

Enable list tags to filter tasks from documents.

We should have the ability to export all docs on a space / folder / list / basis in bulk instead of having to do them all individually.

One of the biggest reasons my using ClickUp is the overall aesthetics. But, when it comes to exporting Doc to PDF… ugh! If it just look the way it does inside ClickUp, that'd fine. But, the exported PDF is unsightly. Please beautify. Thank you.

It would be fantastic to be able to add custom fields from a task to auto populate in a document

This could be at the document level, so that whenever you use 'mention a task' by default it filters to the documents relevant lists/folders/spaces. This would be great for meeting minutes where multiple projects are discussed, as they could be 'linked' or specified beforehand to improve the 'mention a task' experience. The relevant folder/space could default to the parent folder/space that contains the document. I believe you would need to allow multiple relevant lists/folders/spaces to accommodate documents that may span multiple projects. Alternatively, this could be achieved with a drop-down to select a list/folder/space within the 'mention a task' menu. By selecting an option in the drop-down, it could filter the shown tasks. If this is also persisted between 'mention a task' menu opens then it could drastically reduce the overhead of looking through tasks to ensure they are from the correct list/folder/space.

Ability to create a contract or agreement in a Clickup Doc with a signature area to send for signing.
