Hey ClickUp Team, I love the platform, but one thing is seriously frustrating: I can’t manage full notification settings—like turning off “Task Created” alerts—from the mobile app. As someone managing a team in the field, I rely on the mobile app 90% of the time. The fact that I need to log into the desktop version just to silence a notification is… kind of wild for a tool that’s supposed to make teams more efficient. Also, I’m dealing with people who aren’t so tech-savvy so they won’t log into the desktop version to turn of task creation alerts. Please consider adding full notification control to the mobile app, especially: • Task creation alerts • Status changes • Assignment changes • Push notification toggles per project or list It’s a small fix that would make a massive difference for people who are trying to manage their work in the real world, not just at a desk. Add a floating notifications bar so the user doesn’t need to leave the currently opened item/s in order to see and manage notifications. It works fine in Bitrix24 (screenshots attached).

It would be great to have notifications popup (think Facebook notifications) in 2.0 so that you don't have to leave the page you're on if you don't action the notification (only navigate away from the page if you click on the task notification).

Would be super helpfull if part of notifications which is old and not connected to new activity on that doc or task to be blured. Simpler case how it looks is google calendar and how they reduce brightnes of events after they pass

I know there's a notifications v3 request that's "planned," but maybe the effort to payoff ratio on this would be more favorable for a quicker turnaround? I'd like to be able to apply the same filters to notifications that I can to tasks, in order to make clearing the inbox easier. Examples: status due date priority assignee What this would allow me to do: Scan through notifications on tasks that are now marked as "closed" and likely don't need any further action. Bring notifications on high priority or due soon tasks to my attention easily Filter out notifications from bot-like accounts or prioritize notifications from team members in specific departments

From Support Ticket: when you click on banner notifications, have the option to redirect to the desktop app instead of web browser

In my everyday work I very often base on the notification system which helps me to stay updated on things that happen on multiple projects. There are days that I need to focus on some particular project and I would like to have listed notifications for that project only. Right now I have to scroll down the notification page and load as many notifications as possible then use webbrowser build-in "find" feature and use the project name as the key to find project-related notifications that are first in priority for me. This feature to list notifications per project would be useful for people who work on multiple projects at once and each project has a different priority. Please excuse me if similar feature has been requested I didn't find anything related.

The CU 3.0 inbox doesn't show the list name for the tasks the notifications are about. This has caused confusion and discontent among our users within less than 1 day of switching to CU 3.0. The list in which a task is located puts a frame of reference to the task title. Right now a user has to open each notification to find out what list the task is in. This gets in the way of notification 'triage' making it more complicated to assess what to deal with first. Please make the list name visible for each notification or at least make it an option to turn this on in the inbox settings. Soon, please! Update: just had the first roll-backs to CU v. 2 among our users due this issue.

Right now there's no way to see checklist items in your inbox (that I can tell).

Currently, when some users change the description of the task, it is very hard to notice changes inside the notification. Please, make the description change more transparent inside the notification section (maybe red for deleting and green color for adding letters). Also, there should be some kind of delay, so task description changes come in "bulk" and not every change a separate notification.
