Show Google Calendar events in Workload view
Megan Ellman
[from ticket] I want to include my events from my calendar/Google calendar on my workload?
It looks like I have availability/capacity for more tasks but then I realise I have 3 meetings for 3hrs

Yes, please! This is essential to accurate capacity planning. And not just Google Calendar, Outlook as well. Or maybe, whatever the user has synced in their Planner.

How is this still not on the roadmap after 5+ years while things that only have a handful of votes are actively being worked on, completed, or planned?
I literally have to have someone on my team add tasks in for every single calendar event that I have in order to manage my workload properly.

Please ensure that all calendar/planner and Workload enhancements are applied equally at the same time for Microsoft Outlook as for Google. Not everyone uses Google and the same requirements apply whichever calendar you make use of.

Have meeting durations count toward workload

I would love to have the option to make meeting durations, whether scheduled in ClickUp or imported from Google Calendar, Outlook, etc., count as task hours when calculating workload. For example: If I have 8 hours to work in a day with 3 hours of meetings, I only have 5 hours to work on tasks. This makes looking at a workload view inaccurate because the workload view isn't subtracting my time in meetings from the available time I have to work on scheduled tasks.

Workload view should be able to account for meeting schedule in addition to tasks

It would be best to see everyone's events in the workload view.

Calendar and workloads

We want to use workloads to manage the workload of our team members. Having the tasks taking up time of the day is perfect for planning, but unfortunately right now I have to add all my meetings as a task with estimations, to have them subtracted from my work pensum.
It would be awesome to just have my calendar (in my case google calendar) sync my events with that, because in the calendar both date and estimated time in the meetings is given.
This would make the tool so much more useful!

Gmail Calendar Integration - Option to Add Meetings to Workload

Hiya!
Our team is using Workload to assess capacity. However, we are hitting a snag when it comes to meetings.
We would love a (preferably synced) way to include meetings (which we create in Google Suite) when viewing Workload>Hours. (Ideally, this would be a toggle on/off, with the option to exclude individual calendar blocks from capacity assessment.)
Thanks!
