And if there will not be an option to code the indicator granularly for the type of time off (e.g. vacation, medical appt., earned day off, bereavement leave, time in lieu, etc.), it would be wonderful if the term 'away'/ 'unavailable'/ 'out of office' or similar was used, rather than 'vacation'! Because there are many reasons that staff will be unavailable at a certain planned time other than 'vacation'....
