Hi everyone, happy to say this one is now live 🎉 Time off now shows up in Workload. When someone sets time off (via Set Vacation Days/Leave), those days are reflected in their Workload so their capacity drops and you get a clear visual that they're out, which means no more accidentally scheduling work over someone's day off. This has been one of our longest-standing and most-requested items, so thank you all for the patience and the steady nudging to get it over the line. If anything looks off in your workspace, for example time off not reducing capacity on the right days, reply here with your plan and a screenshot and I'll take a look.

Vasil Enchev a notification that this was live would have been helpful. This is only limited to full days, what about partial days? Also, we have people with recurring time off, there is no way to do that? Or a calendar view that shows everyone's time off? Lots of work still to be done here as far as I am concerned.

Meg Eulberg: Fair points, and I'll own that a heads-up when it went live would have helped. Good news on partial days: that's coming next. The recurring time-off ask is useful and I'm capturing it as feedback so it's on record. For the team-wide time-off calendar, there's an existing request you can follow and upvote here so it stays tracked: https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/show-time-off-vacation-in-calendar. Thanks for laying this out, it genuinely helps us prioritize what comes after partial-day support.

How do I get included in this Beta? Would love to see a skip vacation days option for individuals along with a calendar sync to populate the vacation days.

It would be great to be notified when someone sets up their PTO, otherwise you might not notice it. thanks

Upvoting this feature! Having vacation time automatically reflected in a different color in the Workload view after a form submission is essential for resource planning. It would provide an immediate visual cue to managers that a team member is unavailable, preventing accidental over-scheduling.
Kindly inform after the implementation of feature in ClickUp 3.0.

Essential for me, this one, splitting a task into sub tasks to wrap around time off or an appointment is unmanageable in a busy studio. Please get this out there Click Up team.
