Same issue here with a spread-out team. Due dates shifting depending on who created the task makes planning harder than it should be, so having one clear workspace timezone with a local view alongside it would help a lot.

Important issue. Our team are located in various timezones. It was not clear to us that all tasks and recurring tasks have their time set (in the database) to the timezone of the user who made that setting.

We have thousands of recurring tasks. Right now the times are drifting all over the place as various users have daylight savings and others do not. It is presently somewhat random as it all depends which user created the task and set the time on it.

We operate our daily schedule to our business timezone in Melbourne Australia. This timezone shifts around with daylight savings... others do not.

The only workaround we've found is to setup all users in Melbourne timezone - no matter their actual location. This is obviously very confusing to the team and especially those that are not used to a daylight savings shift 2x per year.

We need clickup to implement a Workspace business timezone. Then have a workspace (or user) setting that says "Schedule tasks to Workspace Timezone" Yes/No.

This way we can control what times tasks are actually being generated.... they will remain properly sequenced, and have them coordinated to the business' timezone correctly.

To fix this a workspace timezone is required.

I'm shocked that this still hasn't been implemented... over 6 years later.

A due date for "today" is showing to our Philippines users as "yesterday", which is not the case. It's still today. It just needs to be set at the PST time zone, for example, so that they are seeing the true due date.

This is the most basic date function and truly makes or breaks the accuracy of what's being built inside ClickUp.

ClickUp Team - any update on this? We deseperately need this feature implemented. Working with team members in other countries causes huge issues. Ie. A team member in the Philippines sets a due date for today. It shows today in my dashboard (Central Time) but also throws it in the overdue category despite the day not being over for me. It's really difficult when you have tons of tasks in the system to keep up with this and creates confusion that shouldn't exist. This seems like a very urgent and vital fix.

The only solution support proposes is that we change the time zone on all team members accounts to standardize, however this creates it's own issues as due dates then require calculation for anyone outside of the standardized time zone. This also changes the time zone across the board on their account. When they're working in multiple client workspaces this becomes a no-go.

We work on building out large complicated schedules that will be utilized in a single timezone when our project goes live but the contributors are spread across the world and we need to be able to lock a timezone for a specific list so as people are entering things it goes in at that timezone and not at theirs in the settings.

Consistently tracking tasks in other timezones and really need the ability to sync with local time.

My client has to submit proposals against RFPs and the due date/timezone are different for each case. A dropdown for timezone selection while selecting the due date and time would be a great add.
