Persist Expanded/Collapsed State of List Items
Maverick G. Fabroa
It would be very helpful if ClickUp could remember the expanded/collapsed state of list items and subtasks in List view after refreshing the page. Currently, the view resets, and I have to manually expand items each time. Saving this state would improve workflow efficiency and user experience. Thank you!

Yes, I would love this as a 4th option for Subtasks collapsed/expanded setting.
The problem right now is:
- Expand all is messy and overwhelming.
- Show Subtasks separately is messy and overwhelming.
- Collapse all means you don't remember what Subtasks you were working on, so you have to open each parent task up to find out.
Having it, instead, remember the collapse state of parent tasks would mean you can toggle expanded/collapsed whichever tasks you like and not have to deal with the above.
Note: This was never an issue when we had the really useful icons next to the Task names that showed you how many Subtasks you had in each status.
Since that was removed, List View has gotten much worse as a tool to keep on top of things.
That set of icons was so useful, as you could see exactly what subtasks were in what status. Thus, you didn't need to expand all, as you could tell when you had subtasks in each status. (See image) - https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/bring-back-subtask-count-with-colour-status-icons-list-view-home-dashboards-etc
The little subtask icon is useless for this, as you have to hover of it to see the subtasks' statuses. That just takes too long to do for every single task.
Can we get this back as a List view option?
