Currently, when some users change the description of the task, it is very hard to notice changes inside the notification.

Please, make the description change more transparent inside the notification section (maybe red for deleting and green color for adding letters).

Also, there should be some kind of delay, so task description changes come in "bulk" and not every change a separate notification.
