Stop Collapsing the Sticky Table of Contents

Up until August 19th, the sticky table of contents in the right-hand column was expanded by default. With the latest release, it collapses and is not visible until you click it. Requiring additional clicks to accomplish what took none in the past is not a feature we should be forced into.

I'm chiming in about my disappointment that the TOC is now at the top of a document. It is less productive - in a long document - to scroll up to the top of the page to find a section. It was much easier when the TOC was on the side.
I hope ClickUp considers allowing a sidebar TOC and not only the top TOC. Having it at the top only is a step backward.

Sticky Table of Content should have the Option to Open and Close bydefault

I agree, it's extremely annoying that it is collapsed by default even when activated and gets collapsed whenever a page is clicked somewhere.
Dear ClickUp, from a user perspective if I have enabled it, it means I want to see it. What is the point of activating it in settings and then clicking yet another icon to see it?
Who is doing this kind of bad design decisions and for what purpose? To make "cleaner" and much less intuitive design?
I'm aware that probably you had some brainstorming about it and you believe it's a good design practice or whatever, but you are wrong, terribly wrong.
Please fix it.

Yes this update is incredibly annoying. At least give people the option if they want to keep it open. But I'd imagine most people that opt to have a sticky table of contents at all want it visible at all times. That's kind of the point....
