Add time tracked as a workload metric within the Workload view
Andrea
Currently, the Workload view in ClickUp allows users to visualize workload based on task count or estimated time. We’d like to request the addition of actual time tracked as a workload metric option. This would provide a more accurate reflection of team capacity and effort allocation, especially in teams where time tracking is actively used. Being able to visualize workload based on tracked hours will help in better resource planning, monitoring over/under allocation, and improving overall project management efficiency.

This addition is something we need too! Not sure why it isn't already built in. For instance, we have a project that spans 175 hours. Originally, it was planned to go ahead earlier in the year and we had tracked some time against the job (47hrs). We are now re-assigning the job and updating the timeframes' start and due dates, but when I look at the workload view, it shows the full time estimates spread across the date range (3.5 weeks), and doesn't accurately show what time is remaining and spreading that over the date range. Currently, it looks like the job is going way beyond capacity, but it should be roughly right based on the time already tracked. Please, please, get this functionality added as soon as possible.
