AI Notetaker

It would be great to use the AI Notetaker in the mobile app to turn on and off as needed to record in person meetings.

Currently, ClickUp Agents can only be triggered by actions on tasks or chats, not directly by actions on Docs. We need the ability for Agents to trigger and perform actions (such as duplicating, moving, or tagging) when a Doc is created, updated, or tagged—without requiring a linked task. This would enable workflows like automatically filing AI Notetaker meeting notes in the correct Doc location based on tags or content, without manual task creation. This feature would greatly improve automation and organization for teams using Docs as primary records.

In Teams meetings you can see multiple active meeting participants above the presentation and in our previous meeting recorder the video would show the same view. This allows you to see multiple faces at once and gauge participants facial expressions and reactions during a call. AI Notetaker does not appear to have the ability to see more than just the face of the person speaking in the recording. Please consider this update!

Organizing the notes doc after the fact into another folder or doc is nearly impossible. This is critical for being able to organize and share the notes.

The notetaker should have the ability to participate in a meeting without being perceived as a bot, similar to the functionality in Sparkmail.

We use the AI Notetaker a lot and love it. However it can be hard to find the right recording that you did 4 weeks ago... We'd love to have folders, so e.g. we can put all AI Notes calls with client X in a Note folder for client X.

For all other notetaker tools I've used, Fathom, Bubbles, etc. you can easily set it so that everyone in the meeting receives the notes post meeting. Our entire organization works in ClickUp and so the inbox notification for the meeting notes should all go to meeting participants without permission needing to be allowed for everyone each and every time. It is creating more work after each and every meeting.

The AI Notetaker should be able to record and transcribe meeting without being sent to the meeting.

I would like the AI Notetaker to create the action items from a meeting directly as tasks in ClickUp - even if that would only be possible in a personal list for now.

Recently there are more and more just audio recordings of the meetings. Would like to see video recordings of them as well. I was almost sure I had recordings in video up to 2 hours once, but now a meeting of 1.5 hours is just audio?
