Difficulty moving and organizing the notes docs after the meetings.

Organizing the notes doc after the fact into another folder or doc is nearly impossible. This is critical for being able to organize and share the notes.

It would be nice if there was a way that AI generated meeting notes could be automatically accessible or shared with Super Agents and trigger them or if not, if they could trigger automations.
For example, in one use case I am dealing with right now, a user wants to take the AI Notetaker summary and create a new page to an existing doc applying a specific summary outline based on the AI generated notes. The existing doc is in a location that multiple people have access to and the existing doc is for a recurring meeting. Other Super Agents will then be run to look at the summaries and create tasks.
The idea is that all of this would be 100% automated. The meeting ends, AI creates the summary, Super Agents add it to an existing doc with a specific outline, other Super Agents create follow up tasks.
I'm excited (and grateful) that these types of considerations and features are being built right now and look forward to seeing them in action.

Hi, any update?
Devin Littlefield
Alex Lashkov - Is there an update here? This has been in Building Now for quite some time... This is a pretty painful process so far, so it'd be really helpful to see this automation capability available soon for both Super Agents and via the API.

Came to add this one.
There should be a "move page into another doc" or "file to folder" action.
Right now the only options are:
- Do it manually (copy content, navigate to your Notes doc, create a subpage, paste)
- Use the Brain AI to move it (which took just as long as me doing it manually6y and felt like a unnecessary use of AI
The notes live in their own little island. We should also be able to select where they go in general - I usually keep a "meeting" notebook. Even that would be better than individual docs that I can't easily move around or group together.

Alex Lashkov Please introduce an API endpoint to move docs to another location. As well as an API webhook to watch for new docs created. This would allows us to move the docs wherever we want (e.g. in specific client folder) and give max flexibility to solve this issue.
Alex Lashkov
Pierre Becher: and if we just allow doing that with agents, would it work?
Pierre Becher
Alex Lashkov Would also be an option. But usually we need to do multiple things at once: Move the doc, edit permissions for the doc, rename the doc, etc.
Alex Lashkov
Pierre Becher: I think agent should be able to do most of those, but I understand yeah
Alexander Eppstein
Hi ClickUp team, could you share an update on this? Timeline, scope, etc. Super excited for every update in that area.
Alex Lashkov
Alexander Eppstein: hey there! There are actually several efforts going on, but we are realy swamped so all that will be step by step.
- Introduction of shared/workspace notetakers - where you can only send one bot and it will share the notes with relevant people after the call.
- Meeting Agents, the option for users to have Meeting Notes shared with agents/added as knowledge, so that they then do whatever they need with this context.
- Using AI to auto-generate action items and put them into relevant lists and assign relevant task types that can be later changed.
Let me know if those things will solve your ask and if not, happy to hop on call and chat more on how we could better do it!

Better organization & categorization for AI Notes
Tobias Giesen
AI Notes are currently stored under docs.
We'd like to be able to sort them into folders, e.g. by client, so all Meeting Notes with "Client X" are found in a folder called "Client X".
Ideally that can also be connected with a project.

Centralized Meeting Notes
Sparkz Bot
I would like to request a feature that allows workspace admins to centralize all meeting notes and recordings in one main admin account.
Current Challenge:
As an admin, I need access to all meeting notes and recordings across my organization, regardless of which staff member hosts or attends the meeting. Currently, the AI Notetaker only saves notes and recordings under the user who enabled it, which means I have to rely on staff to share their meeting notes with me. This creates extra steps and risks missing important information.
Feature Request:
Please add an option for workspace admins to:
Automatically collect all meeting notes and recordings from every user in the workspace into the admin’s account (or a designated central account).
Or, allow the admin’s AI Notetaker to join all meetings across the workspace, even if the admin is not an attendee, so all notes and recordings are saved centrally.
Benefits:
Ensures company-wide knowledge is captured and accessible in one place.
Reduces manual sharing and administrative overhead.
Improves compliance, transparency, and record-keeping for organizations.
Thank you for considering this request. This feature would greatly improve meeting management and information access for admins and business owners.
Courtney Newman
Agreed. It is so hard to organise the records in a way it is quick/easy to share, it create unnecessary admin work.
Alex Lashkov
Courtney Newman we are working on the Meetings Hub that will live in the left sidebar and have all the notes + AI entry points to ask questions on those + entry points to agents to set up an agent that does things with meeting notes after the meeting.

Alex Lashkov Will this be able to be turned into a wiki as well?
