Organizing the notes doc after the fact into another folder or doc is nearly impossible. This is critical for being able to organize and share the notes.

Agreed. It is so hard to organise the records in a way it is quick/easy to share, it create unnecessary admin work.

Can we have some automation enrolled to the docs? Like the doc is created, then move to X folder.
We want to switch from Fathom to AI notetaker, but can't do that until notes can 'tbe organized, as a consultancy company, we need to add the call notes to the client folders, so all staff assinged to the account can check them (not everyone is on the client facing calls), also to be able to use Brain to get answers based on information discussed in calls and recorded by note taker.
