I would like the AI Notetaker to create the action items from a meeting directly as tasks in ClickUp - even if that would only be possible in a personal list for now.

Alex Lashkov will it know who to assign on the tasks? and add other elements such as due dates, details etc.. based on what's mentionned on the meeting? And it would be great to link the AI notetaker to specific lists

Vincent Younan we will introduce a toggle/setting that will allow you to decide whether you want your notes as docs (current option) or tasks. Latter will unlock lots of automations/Agentic workflows, also it will be possible to move those around and put to different lists.

Hello Maik Busch We are now working on something that will allow doing this in an on-demand mode. I.e. you will be able to choose meetings you would like to use AI to generate actions items from.
