It would be nice to have a central place to have all the forms displayed and see if they are active / inactive

It would be awesome to have the option to add (embeded) videos and images in forms. Text descriptions are necessary for proper communication. Inserting videos and images would enhance the experience. Video Example: A teacher giving instructions for the next batch of questions. This would feel more interactive and make forms much more interesting.

Making a simple form is not too bad but, the other day, I tried making a more comprehensive questionnaire and it was torture. An experience more similar to Google Forms would be nice. It's time-consuming and a bit of a pain to (in no particular order): Not be able or edit to reorganize elements once they're in a form Have to click custom field manually, select a type, then select in the left columns and place Not be able to change the internal tags/name of a field Add sections and descriptions throughout to provide context/guide people through the form

For each form question, could we provide more context and/or instructions to the end users. These additional information can be triggered by a mouse over on the question or a "?" icon. Currently, only text or number type fields allow for additional information. Other field types such as Dropdown, Labels, Dates, do not allow additional information to the end users, apart from adjusting the question title.

Currently when a task is created through a form, it's only assignable to a team member(s). It would be helpful to have the option to assign these tasks to a Team instead. Thanks!

Would be wonderful to have an if this, then that feature within forms. Ie. If Question A = Yes, show question B. If Question A = No, hide question B. Etc, etc.

Right now, any issues created through a form I have published are set as 'Created by me', which is indistinguishable from issues that are created manually by me. I want to be able to set the 'created by' user as part of the form creation/edit process, in order to trigger different notification into Slack etc., from issues that I have created myself.

If option A is picked, and the form is submitted it no longer shows up as an option to choose. We would like this to use for gifting purposes so option A would be the family that is receiving the gift, and once they are chosen, the appear either crossed off or don't appear at all.

Tasks created through form submission should include the username of the user that submitted the form automatically, either in some kind of field within the task, or in brackets, next to "clickbot created this task"
