Make Forms More User-Friendly

Making a simple form is not too bad but, the other day, I tried making a more comprehensive questionnaire and it was torture.
An experience more similar to Google Forms would be nice.
It's time-consuming and a bit of a pain to (in no particular order):
- Not be able or edit to reorganize elements once they're in a form
- Have to click custom field manually, select a type, then select in the left columns and place
- Not be able to change the internal tags/name of a field
- Add sections and descriptions throughout to provide context/guide people through the form

Also be able to have some interaction. For example if answer in Q1 Yes go to Q2, if asnwer is No go to Q5... something like that allowing a go flow depending on the users answers

Forms need to be more customized, using also two or more columns, not only every field top-down. It has to be able to decide what order the fields should have and also describe the field (placeholder).
If you implement the form on your website you have to adapt to your design (CI / CD). Also to use CSS or other design possibilities.
