It would be nice if we could import a .jpg image (or other file type) to be in the background of the form view. It looks very plain and devoid of personality.

This is crucial. Branding for our entity, beyond the tiny little image you can edit, on Forms would make things less confusing for our customers and partners. Right now a tiny little logo makes our form process look a little amateur, and that makes our bottom line suffer.
