It would be nice to have a central place to have all the forms displayed and see if they are active / inactive

Like others I am trying to fill in the form however when I paste - or type in my number it is adding commas - I think perhaps the form has a value attached to it rather than a 'text' format as it is automatically adding the number separators.
I would like to join

Jaki K I couldn't copy and paste, but I had to type in the numbers manually, then it works. This is basically not very usefriendly at all. ClickUp team should solve this issue @Micheal Van Doorn? :)
Jaki K
Kim Hoang (BF), Michael Van Doorn - Thanks have tried that, am using Google Chrome, MacBook Pro - still happening eveni if I type in my number :(

Michael Van Doorn is there another way to retrieve the workspace ID the instructions noted are not pulling anything up for me in search.
Michael Van Doorn
Andrea Richards: Whoops, updating the form now
Khalil
Michael Van Doorn
When I paste my ID it adds commas to the number automatically and won't let me submit.
Michael Van Doorn
Khalil: Try typing the number instead of pasting, may be some hidden characters that are causing issues. We'll look into that! Thanks

Will this mainly be used for managing, editing, and having a better understanding of Forms associated with our workspace.
I think forms get very hidden know and they are stuck in processes unless you are the individual that created them. So It would be a hub for those creating processes needing to intake data.
I also think from there it will make the short links more readily avaiable. So the capability to modify the columns on the form hub would be nice and give a way to filter them potentially
Looking forward to this!

Definitely provide a thumbnail or ability to quickly look at a form as it’s too slow opening a form to check. A preview is needed for a quick look, especially if you have dozens of forms!

It would be great to locate forms, open them, and submit them, depending on cases.
Creating a sort of page where you could choose which forms you want to show there would be great (and then you can share it to whoever you want). Also, it would be great to order and tidy them with titles and subtitles, and therefore have groups of forms. The forms would be presented nicely as a card.
Example:
Form Hub for Office Management (share with people working in this team).
Title N°1: Accounting
Description: You will find here all forms related to accounting things
- Form N°1: Expense Request
- Form N°2: Supplies order request
- Form N°3: Improve idea to accounting dpt. request
Title N°2: XXXXX
Description: xxxxxxx
- Form N°1: XXXXX
etc.
Natalie Williams
Pierre Masius agreed.
I want to be able to see all forms in my workspace, where they are, and who has access. I want to be able to open the form to edit (and when that window is closed be returned to the form hub to continue where I left off), grab the link to share (without having to open the form), and change form permissions (again without having to open the form).

Hey, everyone!
We've started working on a Forms hub and want to hear more about your use cases.
In particular, how will you and your team use the Forms Hub?
- Will this mainly be used for managing, editing, and having a better understanding of Forms associated with your Workspace?
- Will you use it as a way to locate forms, open them, and submit them?
- Any other use cases not listed?
We're looking to get a better understanding of how you will use a Forms Hub that way we can best determine what action will be taken when you click on a Form from the hub. Would you expect this to:
- Open the public page of the form
- Open the in-app page in the preview tab
- Open the in-app page in the edit tab
- Something else?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Michael Van Doorn We'd love to use this for managing, editing, and getting a high-level view of the forms in our workspace. We would not expect this to be public, but an in-app feature like the custom fields manager. It'd be useful if there was some way from the forms manager to get the link to the public-facing form though, just to make sure everything stays connected!

Michael Van Doorn Our company envisions using it as a place for staff unfamiliar with navigating ClickUp to locate and identify relevant forms they want to fill out and submit. It would be helpful to launch the internal preview page or public facing form --- we typically use the preview page internally to fill out forms, but we've found out that wasn't its original intention?... To previously ease this issue we created our own Forms Space where all forms are located and then the tasks get moved to relevant spaces. This new feature would allow us to house the forms where they should be, within their spaces. Of course it would also be nice if access to editing the forms or in the future, moving or duplicating them.
Armand van Tonder
Michael Van Doorn Our employees have been requesting a single place where they can see all the Forms that they have access to (in-app pages and/or public pages).
Michael Van Doorn
Armand van Tonder: What would you expect to happen after clicking on a Form from the Forms Hub?
Michael Van Doorn
Thanks Jeff MacNeill & Elise Remissong!
Depending on what we land on, we will still offer opening the public link or the in-app editor from an on-hover button on the row itself. Really looking to narrow down on what we want the "main action" to be when you click on a Form though.
Elise Remissong
Michael Van Doorn From a form hub perspective, being able to duplicate to another list, move to another list, grab the URL, grab the embed code, or navigate to the form on its home list to make edits would suit our needs best! Being able to BULK SELECT forms to update them (duplicate, move, set a template, turn off/on, merge with one another) would be great too!

Michael Van Doorn I could see this one needing to go to vote, but for us personally when navigating to find forms in ClickUp 90% of the time we are using them internally so we would vote for having it open the preview screen. Right clicking to get the public facing link would be fine.
Natalie Williams
Jeff MacNeill I'd also want the default to be open the preview screen.

Michael Van Doorn I would expect it will open the form results in pop-up view (as tasks) with a way to go to the list with form.
Armand van Tonder
Michael Van Doorn It would be amazing if there were two buttons: One for the in-app link to the form (greyed out if the person doesn't have permissions) and one for the public link to the form (if the public link is enabled).
If we could also have a setting in each form's Edit view that can be toggled on or off, which would allow or prevent a form from showing up in the forms hub, that would be amazing.

Michael Van Doorn Make the layout customizable. Allow for resizing/removal of sections. Personally, the recent, favorites and created by me sections drive me insane. I have no use for these sections and would prefer not to see them.

Michael Van Doorn it should stay in line with the other hubs… for the dashboard hub, dashboards are open in view only mode and there is a toggle to edit. I think the same should happen for forms to keep the UX aligned.
If the user has access to the location then clicking on the form should open the in-app preview… as if someone is going to submit it. Then there should be a toggle to edit. And a button to review submissions (go to the list view on the location).
If the user does not have access to the location, then the public link should open so the user can submit.
IMO the in app preview and public link should be merged / the same as described above. It should look like the public link view is now, but if the user has access / is signed in then they should also see a button to view submissions and if they have edit privileges then they should see the edit toggle.

As a company we have a lot of forms to request work of different teams. Previously we have attempted to create documents that contain some basic information about if the form is active, what it is for and which team it goes to but this is impossible to up keep. A Form hub would ensure that we always had an update to date list that anyone in the company could reference if they are looking to get support from another team.
Rob Peeler
The main challenge with forms is not being able to duplicate them add add to other spaces/lists.

Hey, everyone!
We're actively designing a Forms Hub that will operate similar to the Hubs you see in ClickUp today (Dashboards, Docs, etc) with some minor adjustments to better suit Forms.
We'd love to hear more about the problems you're having with Forms today and how a Forms Hub would remedy these issues. These details will help us built the best hub for you.
Thanks!

Michael Van Doorn I think it would also be helpful to have some of the features of the Activity section for Automations with a log of changes made to forms, or at a minimum, when it was last modified and by who.
