Ability to set 'created by' on forms

Right now, any issues created through a form I have published are set as 'Created by me', which is indistinguishable from issues that are created manually by me.
I want to be able to set the 'created by' user as part of the form creation/edit process, in order to trigger different notification into Slack etc., from issues that I have created myself.

We're happy to share that users who are part of your Workspace will always be set as the creator if they are logged in when submitting a form. This applies to both the public page and submitting a form using the "preview" tab.

Right now in my forms there is no created by at all when it's listed in a dashboard. It just leaves it blank. I just want it to show the logged in user as the option so ...YES PLEASE.

Please allow ClickUp members to show up in the"Created by" field. Even if the form is public, the form should recognize those with an account whether or not they are logged in similar to the way they can be assigned to a task without being logged in. If a non clickup user uses the form then let them show up as Clickbot because obviously as they do not have an account the form cannot recognize who it is. To make the form anonymous, provide an option for that which in turn does not allow the "created by" field to be an option . That way it can be a choice when setting up the form if it is to be anonymous or not.
Question - why does my name show up if I fill out the form but another user with the same permissions as I have does not show up?

It seems that all forms are public by default. There is no form state that requires a logged-in ClickUp user. Please create an option for forms only used within ClickUp. This would help avoid the many UI/UX issues with the current task screen.

I might add that currently, any task that is created from a from, seems to have "ClickBot" as the creator. We desperately need to know the CU user that created it, so we can filter the created tasks list to Me Mode, thus showing only those tasks that we created by "me".

Additionally - if the creator is a person who has a CU account (full or guest) then he should automatically jump into the "created by" field (similar to Google Forms)

Ewa Nocoń: Fully agree! Struggling to know what is the use of having the option to add the column "Created by" to a list where submissions are from a form if all it will show is Clickbot.
