I would like to be able to take hand written notes on my tablet

I could like it if I can use it on my mobile phone. Now I use Google Keep but whiteboards could add some value.

Decide what is shown in homescreen widgets and how big it should be.

It's always bugged me that when I'm on the fly using ClickUp on mobile, the one holdup is that the planner just shows your events, nothing else. You can 'open' them with the view drawer, but they don't show the video call links, you can't view or open the tasks in them, and you also can't create the tasks and time blocks and events from mobile, either. Those abilities would allow you to do task execution on the fly inside the planner, which especially for my use case in outside sales, would be game changing!

A feature that can add multiple accounts so you don't have to logout and then login to your other other/different email account

Add speaker labeling for mobile audio recordings and transcriptions. Even with only one device capturing the audio, basic speaker separation (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc.) would greatly improve transcript readability and speed up meeting-minutes preparation. This is particularly valuable for field and onsite users who are often traveling and need to process notes quickly.

Currently forms are "usable" but redirect to an external web-browser. Forms should be directly fillable within the app. Our use case is that our office staff use desktop to handle data flow, but field guys all gather data using the mobile version. Mobile needs some attention to make data gathering less clunky.
