Thank you all for your ideas here. We don't have any immediate plans for customizable home screen widgets, but I will keep this up to date as plans adjust and we have questions, thanks all!

I really love how customizable these homescreen widgets are! Being able to decide exactly what shows up and adjust the size makes my phone feel so much more personal. It’s a bit like choosing the perfect outfit—just like picking a stylish female leather skirt that fits your style and mood, you can make your device reflect your personality perfectly.

Getting very frustrated with this. So many new AI/other features being added to ClickUp, but the one thing that is severely crippling to our workflow is not having decent mobile support outside of the app (such as customisable home screen widgets and useful notification actions). Please divert some attention to this, especially as the "old" ClickUp had a much wider range of widgets - but it has now been years since we've been stuck with just one option.

These are helpful places in the mobile app. If you could reduce the user's number of actions to reach them, I think you would make a lot of people happy.

Hey Filipe, are you able to get most of the way there with our widgets? This should allow you to create a widget that defaults to a list for quick task creation. The only part we don't have is auto-close ClickUp.

ClickUp is fantastic compared to other platforms, but the mobile widget feels far behind. Mobile is often the first point of quick input, so there should be an easy way to instantly add a task (into a predefined category like Inbox, assigned to me, with a default date).
A one-click button on the home screen to capture tasks on the go, similar to Todoist or OneNote’s quick note, would make the mobile experience as powerful as the web app.

As stated by others, we need to be able to choose lists / filters and sorting/grouping options for widgets.
Right now, the widget is unusable on Android and the main reason I'm seriously considering to move away from Clickup.

Simple Change

Please make the color of the home tab widgets the same color as the app header or at least make it another shade of grey or black that has better contrast. It's a small change but using an app that I like the look of, makes me and my clients want to use it more. :)
