November 2025 update
Thank you all for your ideas here. We don't have any immediate plans for customizable home screen widgets, but I will keep this up to date as plans adjust and we have questions, thanks all!

Desperately need to be able to choose which lists / filtered tasks are being show in the widget. I'd also love it to have my calendar feed as well. This is available in just about every other productivity app I've tried and so far is the biggest draw back to ClickUP. I'd also like to get reminders, etc but that's a different post.

A widget that is a calendar style to show you which task is next, like the IPhone Calendar widget

For the way my industry works, theres often 100 things that were supposed to be done yesterday that now need to be done today, and seeing that at a glance via a widget is the only way we can adopt using it mobile.

It would be great if ClickUp offered a Calendar widget on Samsung phones. So that I can track all the items I want in one view & get notifications for them to keep me on track.

Ability to select which spaces appear in the mobile app widget

I love the idea of theh mobile app widget that can show me at a glance what is on my list for today, but it shows all tasks from all spaces.
I'd love to be able to filter which spaces/folders/lists are included in the widget view, in a similar way to how you can choose which of your calendars is included in the Google calendar widget.
I have multiple spaces for various different types of work, but only one space that I care about enough to want it on my phone screen.

Thanks! We will consider it.

Feature request for ClickUp mobile app: Activity time summary chart widget
Nico
I would like to propose the introduction of a smartphone widget connected to the “Time Table” tab of the ClickUp app. The idea is to be able to view, directly from the widget, a pie chart that shows the percentage of time dedicated to the various activities, with the possibility of filtering and dividing the data by activity or by one or more personalized fields (for example by project, customer, tag, etc.). Like the attached screen shot of the toogl feature.
I currently use both ClickUp and Toggl for time recording, but Toggl offers much more advanced time analysis and visualization tools. I would like to be able to manage everything directly on ClickUp, without having to resort to other apps.
This functionality would make time management on ClickUp much more complete and competitive, especially for those who often work from mobile.

Thank you!

This sucks that even after so much feedback and an obvious need you still don't have any plans to address it. Not asking for a lot, just to display a list of tasks properly. Most of your top competitors have this feature. Look at Todoist's implementation.
