We are currently managing a substantial operation involving three distinct brands, each associated with its own email communication. To enhance efficiency, it would be greatly beneficial if we could establish default email accounts on a per-user basis. Currently, our team members are required to manually switch the account prior to sending emails. Our objective is to allow all team members the flexibility to send emails from any of our branded accounts when necessary. However, in most cases, they predominantly send emails from a specific brand. To streamline this process and minimize the potential for errors, we propose assigning the appropriate default email account to each team member. This way, they can always choose to switch manually if circumstances dictate, but won't have to do so by default. This adjustment would significantly contribute to the smooth operation of our communications workflow.
