I can see there being a problem of clashes with everyone trying to create the names they want on the @tasks.clickup.com domain. So I don't expect this request getting traction.
However, your reasoning is valid.
We have solved the problem here by creating local addresses on our own domain that forward all mail to the unique ClickUp address, e.g. support@acme.com fowarding to a.t.4565550.u-668847.948aaa61-232r-4bb3-ba86-555e5ce777ff@tasks.clickup.com
