Feature Requests

We have built a feature called "Cards in Chat" that allows you to place small cards at the top of chat channels. You can see an example of the usage and the supported cards in the attached screenshots. Some users may already have access if they are part of our beta testing cohort, while others will receive it soon. I’d like to suggest a new Dashboard card feature that allows us to measure and display the number of Lists within a Space or Folder. Currently, we can track tasks and other elements, but there’s no simple way to quantify Lists. This would be very useful for teams that organize their work heavily through Lists and need to monitor growth, workload distribution, or governance of projects. Would it be possible to add a “List Count” card to Dashboards, similar to the task count card? Thank you for considering this improvement!

Add a card for the Notepad on the homepage to quickly see notes without the pop-out window

I would like the ability to disallow clicking into the actual task lists and viewing everything from the portfolio card in a dashboard.

We should be able to reorder all the bookmarks that we have added to the Bookmark Card, regardless of when they were added to the card. Currently, the oldest bookmark is at the top and there's no way to change this. Example: If we have 5 bookmarks, we should be able to move the 3rd one to the top, and the 2nd one to the bottom.

Ability to sort both x, y-axis fields for Line Chart and Bar Chart.

It would be great to be able to copy/move a card between views in a space. For example I created a view in a space with 10 cards and I would like to copy 1 card from this view to another view that already has 3 other cards.

Please add the ability for ClickUp dashboard cards to display all future scheduled instances of recurring tasks, not just the current active one. This would help teams better forecast upcoming work and improve planning by providing full visibility into all future recurrences directly from dashboards.

Could you make it an option to color our cards on our home page or on any page?

We love the Resources Card in the Overview, but we are finding it getting clogged down with a lot of resources. It would be extremely helpful if we could create folders within the Resources card to organize our resources!
