Erra Faye Zabat thank you for the update! Disappointed that this isn't even listed as "Future", however. This feature is in the top ten upvoted and has been for years. I hope we see real progress on this feature in 2026, or my company may have to move to a different platform altogether.

Dream feature. We currently use Missive, but nothing would beat ClickUp. With ClickUp 4.0 and the convergence concept powered by AI, it is an obvious natural next step.

My company uses a combination of and MS365, primarily for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 80% of the organization uses Apple Mail. I am truly interested in integrating Apple Mail into ClickUp. Please let me know when this feature will be available Apple Mail Apple Mail Apple Mail even for a Beta Test period.

This is very important.
Switching between platforms is inefficient, and a built-in email inbox that functions as a ticketing and task-management system within custom workflows should be a priority.
Many other systems offer this capability, and it would significantly improve efficiency.

As of now I have lost email in ClickUp functionality. Our organization uses MS Entra governance, and according to https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6304858484119-Link-your-Microsoft-365-email-account Entra governed accounts "cannot be authorized at this time"
