Location Overview in Lists, Folders, and Spaces (custom fields, descriptions, widgets)
It would be very convenient to have the ability to have subfolders. I use folders for classifying projects. For example, Projects would be a Folder name. 2019 Projects would be a Subfolder name.
"Fake" or virtual users/items
I would like to be allowed to assign a task to someone whom is not on click up, but is taking care of the task. It could be a company or a person where i would be able to create them under "users", give them a name and a picture, but not connect the user to anybody in clickup or anywhere ells. Users i create so that i can get an overview and remember who accepted to do a task.
Manage all your tags from a single menu. > It would be helpful if there was a list somewhere (on the side bar perhaps?) of all tags and perhaps a count, it would be based on whatever you have selected (i.e. if you are in a project, it should list the tags which are in that project, same for space, and so on). > Merge tags
Folders for Docs
Allow us to save individual docs into specific folders. Will make it so we don't have to have a running doc for each thing. Example: client meetings. Can have a doc for each meeting, and save all meeting docs into a folder named for the client.
Undo actions at any time with Ctrl + Z
It seems that the opportunity to undo the previous action is only available briefly, while the "undo" pop-up is visible. It would be helpful to be able to undo previous actions using some on-screen button. Users may also be accustomed to using Ctrl + Z to undo previous actions.
Client Management (CRM)
It would be very useful to have a Clients module/section, where we can record: The name and address of the organisation The primary point of contact in that organisation (name, phone, email) And then link the Client to relevant Projects.
Different statuses for tasks and subtasks
exp: I want custom statuses for tasks and, at the same time, simple statuses for subtasks
Move items across Workspaces
Make it possible to move a task into a list/project/space belonging to another team.
