Undo actions at any time with Ctrl + Z

It seems that the opportunity to undo the previous action is only available briefly, while the "undo" pop-up is visible. It would be helpful to be able to undo previous actions using some on-screen button. Users may also be accustomed to using Ctrl + Z to undo previous actions.

I find myself duplicating lists when I do a lot of task changes because there is no active UNDO feature for every change (only certain change can be done and you have just a few seconds to hit the "undo") - I don't want to stuff up the master list until I know all the changes have been done successfully on the duplicate. Having a simple persistent undo feature on all changes would remove this time wasting activity.

How is this not a feature? I don't think I can use ClickUp as I will be too cautious in my process when knowing I can't undo into the past at all. And collaboration with a team is out of the question.

ClickUp's Undo is so incomplete that it should not even be advertised as a feature. Users naturally assume they can globally undo, only to painfully discover otherwise after it's too late.
With Undo such an incredibly important feature, it must be a very hard for the Devs at ClickUp to implement, since they've chosen to pursue so many other upgrades and fixes. Perhaps ClickUp was improperly designed from the beginning without undo in mind. Let's hope that they make Undo a number one priority - but alas it seems they are pursuing countless other less essential features. : (

guys, it seems like a must to have qucikk and easy access to "undo" button all the time, escpecially since ClickUp takes time to learn and new people could do a lot of damage. We are considering click-up against Monday and it scare us not have "undo" button to repaire damages. The super short possibility is definitely not enough. I hope you will make us happy and we can enjoy clickup more and more :-)

Maybe just quick-access to the last five or ten "undo" action boxes? Would be nice though to have a "TimeMachine"-like feature where you could go and restore previous sessions from a 24hr period or something like that. I'm sure that's a much bigger challenge than it sounds though.

In order to make a full transition from some of the other software my team uses to do social media content creation (Airtable being chief among them), having a more robust copy composer with an undo function that extends outside of any given window is key! I can't reliably use the description or comments or any long text field to write in-depth copy only to lose my ability to undo it as soon as I click out of that field.

I have been considering implementing Click Up at our studios. I have spent considerable time trying it out and really like what it can do, I have also found the support staff to be very helpful. In fact it would have been a goer if it were not for the lack of undo. When we are working under pressure scheduling bookings its easy to make a false move and undo is essential for us. Sadly, I will not be proceeding with Click Up unless this feature is introduced.

Has been asked in my company by different members. It would be REALLY helpful.
