Tag Manager
Manage all your tags from a single menu.
> It would be helpful if there was a list somewhere (on the side bar perhaps?) of all tags and perhaps a count, it would be based on whatever you have selected (i.e. if you are in a project, it should list the tags which are in that project, same for space, and so on).

Why are there two different tag sets for tasks and documents?

Really need this and for tags to apply across the whole Workspace - I don't know why the don't already, its very cumbersome to keep creating them in each Space.

A tag manager similar to the custom field manager would be amazing, and the ability to hzve workspace-level tags.

WILD that this isn't already available. It essentially makes tags extremely disorganized, and doesn't allow us to properly build out a board prior to pulling data into it.
There should be an easy place to see and manage tags, where they are available, where they are being utilized, and any other editing and management. For example, I have a new space and need to create tags in bulk in order to create automations. But I need to define clearly which lists and folders will have which tags available to them, and instead I'll have to create for the entire space so each will have a TON that are not relevant to them with no way to adjust. Silly, it should just work like the Custom Fields management

Ability to mark a tag "Inactive" vs. Deleted. The goal being, retaining the tag on historical tasks but it no longer being available for future use. We are STRUGGLING to keep our tags accurate as our practices get renamed, regrouped, or some are retired / new ones added without compromising historical data.

Is there a status for this? We'd love to be able to manage tags to the folder or list level

Ability to toggle tags to be global
Petr Sahula
I believe there should be a toggle in the workspace configuration which merges tags for all workspaces into one global pool. This avoids the creation of duplicate tags when moving tasks from space to space. It will also have an improved recognizability because there will not be same tags with different colours dependend on the space.
See in my image. There is a frontend tag used in different spaces which are different projects.
Thanks

it would be useful to be able to search for a single tag directly from the universal search tool.
