exp: I want custom statuses for tasks and, at the same time, simple statuses for subtasks

It could be used to have some "Cancelled, Closed, NotABug, ..."

We organize our clients by folder (i.e. client a), and then client projects as lists (i.e. client a's website). There is no way to group or sort by a list unless you use the default status grouping, but that forces you into lots of other viewing features that I don't want. I'd just love to see everything overdue, sorted by folder or list.

It appears it is only possible to reference numeric or date fields in formulas. I would love to be able to do something like if(field("Status") == "Urgent",2,1) in a formula field. Is that not possible?

It would be great to remove options from dropdown fields without deleting them. We use dropdowns for things like Hourly Rate or Company Name and some of the rates are old, or were used for one off projects, but I can't delete the option without it deleting the historical data on the projects it was used for. As a result, these dropdown lists keep getting longer with no way to clean them up without messing with past data that we want to be able to refer to.

I guess this is already planned? Doesn't make much sense to have rollup fields without the ability to sort / group or filter by them.

It would be useful if we could format 'Formula' custom fields. At the moment, if the formula is calculating based on currency (€) custom fields, it displays the result in a currency (€) format. However, there are cases where we have two currency (€) custom fields and we want the formula field to calculate the percentage difference between them; in those instances, we need the formula field to be in a percentage (%) format.
