Hi ClickUp team - any update on this? This feature is absolutely vital. :)

What’s still missing is the ability to filter by — especially in combination with the Relationship field.

Example:

I have a list with a Relationship field to a list.

I need to be able to filter the Facilities list like this:

*

That would show only Facilities linked to active Clients.

Another example:

*

*

That would show only Facilities linked to Clients who have already paid.

This is different from just filtering by the Relationship field itself. The missing piece is being able to use the in filter logic.

Right now, users can relate records and display rollup data, but they still cannot build views that act on that related data properly. That forces duplication of fields, workaround automations, or manual view management.

If Relationships and Rollups are meant to support real relational workflows, then filtering needs to work on the rolled-up values from the related item too — not just on whether the relationship exists.

Really need this for the work we do!

Is this still being reviewed or under consideration? Looks like a super old post with a lot of up-votes, seems like this would have been addressed by now. Right now, because we can't filter on rollup fields, we're duplicating data in two lists, which effectively eliminates some of the benefit of having rollup fields at all.

Definitely this would be very very helpful. Without this, bulk dashboards often lose their meaning ;( you cannot use lists with relation.

This is definitely something that keeps us from moving everything from Monday to Clickup. Monday's rollup fields (called Mirrored Columns) are easier to use, more reliable, and you can group and filter tasks/items by those column values in any kind of view.

We need this urgent! Please ClickUp Team.
