Make connected chat threads more visible in tasks - currently they're only displayed inside the activity tab. It would be perfect if connected chat threads were also displayed in the side panel of a task (similar to other relationships like tasks, docs, etc.)

ClickUp's HIPAA compliance is enterprise-only, excluding most healthcare providers. Please offer accessible, affordable HIPAA options for smaller clinics, OTs, psychologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, speech therapists, dietitians, mental health counselors, home health agencies, dental practices, and similar practices. This will significantly expand market reach and improve patient data protection across a wide range of healthcare sectors.

It's a confusing path from accessing a new chat; not all users in the space appear in the app's search bar.

Currently, if you are on desktop and read a chat, the ping will still show on your phone and stay there. So whether it be a single message or a conversation, when you read a message on desktop the ping should go away on mobile. Also, if you are already sitting on desktop having a conversation in chat, every single message shouldnt pop up on mobile over and over and over again. The app should know when you are online in that chat not give you pings on all the others. So if I am on mobile in a chat, dont give me pings on desktop for that channel. If I am online on desktop in a channel, dont give me pings for that channel on mobile. If I get a ping on mobile, and go read it on desktop, clear the ping on mobile after it is read on desktop.

Whenever someone likes or reacts, those reactions aren't visible at all. Only in the notifications screen they are, but not in the chat UI. Windows & Mac.

The fact that our paid plan has a message limit is bad. Upgrading to Business to have full history unlocked isn't a good value proposition because at this price point we already have slack with more features & integrations.

It doesn't take hours before an attachment sent in Clickup Chat expires. It's absurd that I can't download an attachment an hour later it was sent to me. My team has to keep resending attachments because we didn't download it in the first hour or so.

Allow teams to be followers in a chat to save time. Currently, we have to add individuals one by one, and if there are 30 people, it becomes time-consuming and frustrating. If we could add an entire team at once, the process would be much more efficient.

As far as I can see, there is no way to actually jump to a message in the original thread you find in search. All you can do is reply to it. It's often that you need to go back to the original conversation from a message you remember and in click you literally have to manually scroll back all the way to that conversation, which sometimes can be months. (And the "jump to last month" button doesn't ever work to make this quicker")

I understand why Slack had this feature, people were often using a free version. But my team pays a lot to use ClickUp, this aint no free version and now you're going to make us pay for a feature like this? Not cool
