Private chat with a guest in a channel (or flexible team Direct chats)

We would like to use an HR channel to communicate with our front line workers. However in some instances we would like to restrict/control who can see the chat with that guest (and obviously we don't want the guest seeing all channel chats). Alternatively a direct (private) chat with a clickup team would be good (ie the team is flexible so new HR members could see previous history - unless the chat is locked/secured)
