Feature Requests

Right now, focus blocks keep being added to my personal Google account. The only way to change which account the focus block is created in is to create an event (which will automatically be added to my personal calendar) and then switch it to my work calendar account. After that, new focus blocks will be created in my work calendar account. Unfortunately, refreshing ClickUp resets this setting, and new events or focus blocks are again created in the personal calendar account. Therefore, the above process must be repeated every time.

We would like to be able to organize our view-only member in teams. Currently, when assigning a team, the member will be converted to a limited member thus taking up a whole seat.

It would be great to have in reminders the feature of adding an image this might save time to just paste a screenshot of something (email, a doc, etc) in order to follow up and have the context of that text.

Adding the ability to sort, group, and filter tasks based off of formula fields that use =today() would be a great way to add customizable flexibility to clickup.

The ability to properly reference a checkbox field in a formula field as to return a boolean value would be highly valuable. EX: =if(field("CHECKBOX")=TRUE,Pass,Fail). Currently formula fields are not able to reference checkboxes.

The emails I get from ClickUp could use some improving. When I receive an email from ClickUp it says my company's name in the "From" section, which is not helpful information. Ideally, it says "ClickUp - [inbox, chat, reply, etc]" Emails come in center aligned. For a short email, this is fine, but for long blocks of text, this is an accessibility issue. Blocks of text should always be left aligned. 2.1 links or @person seem to be a very light purple that isn't very accessible as well.

I'm requesting a new setting in the notifications section that excludes notifications for your own actions only. Of course it's helpful to be notified when another team member makes updates to a task that I'm a part of - but I don't need an email notification whenever I make an update myself (I already know that I did that). For example, creating a subtask and assigning it to myself, then receiving an email telling me that I was just assigned a task.

Last week, I accidentally made a list of tasks. In doing so, you lost all attachments and conversations for this task. This step has a huge impact, because ClickUp does not give any warnings such as “are you sure xx”, just like you have in Windows, are you sure you want to delete these files? It's too easy to see a lot of information/files disappear like snow in the sun quickly.
