Goals should influence every decision about what someone decides to work on next. To ensure I stay focussed on the most important things it would be great to display my goals at the top of my inbox; so i see them and am reminded every time i'm there!

For quickly jotting down a task on the run, don't require choosing space:list. Just have an inbox as holding place. Later, can add assignees lists etc.

Hello, this last couple updates to the Notifications and now Task creation is absolutely horrendous. Why would you increase the number of clicks one needs to do for mundane tasks? Right now when I want to create a task I need to click Create task, then the 3 dots, then custom fields and only after that am I able to fill the custom fields. What logical reason would make you do this? Moreover, when the last Notification / Inbox update is even worse. I need to open the Notification, then click Details, then Expand and only then am I in the task view. Please for the love of god and everything thats holy stop adding unnecessary clicks for things that do NOT NEED them. Thank you.

As a fan of GTD, I need to be able to forward emails directly into the new Inbox. At the moment, I am having to keep my Inbox>Inbox>Inbox list just so I can forward email tasks to it (or use the Chrome extension to add them)

I love the inbox but getting tasks there should be more natural. Instead of adding only reminders when in the inbox, the ability to add tasks quickly (keyboard /task) would be very helpful. Reminders can be /remind. Otherwise, I make the reminders then convert. This is too many steps. ;)

Now that the Inbox is in BETA and I used it a little bit, I have one piece of feedback/question. Will there be an option to specify what we want to go to the "other" inbox, as opposed to the "important" inbox. I didn't see anything for it in settings, and my workflow involves keeping an eye on some things that it was automatically marking "other". Some things I want to send to other, of course, but it would be nice to be able to customize those settings.

It would be nice to access the inbox and new reminders via the API in the future.

From support ticket: be able to use task linking when creating a reminder

Add options to create a widget that displays all of your Inbox or all of your reminders. right now I can see all the info I need to work with, except for the reminders and inbox..If it will be an option for the dashboard it will be X10 more powerful.

We LOVE that ClickUp is improving, but 3.0 should not remove UX shortcuts or features that were making dealing with notifications awesome in 2.0. Here are our issues with Inbox 3.0: It's 2 lists to check all the time now, instead of one. Every time we want to look at notifications, we have to go to "Important" and then navigate to "Other" and go through that list too. We wish we had the option of having a single list with everything, like on 2.0 (as an option, so that users who want two lists could still keep it, but we would have an "All" list). We can't see the assignees of tasks by hovering over the notification. That's a big loss of a feature that 2.0 had. Now, if we want to check who the task is assigned to, we have to open every task of every notification (and we very often want to know who is the assignee of the task). If we open a notification and clear it, it automatically opens the next notification, instead of bringing us back to the inbox. We'd like a setting to go back to the inbox after clearing a notification, similar to the setting Gmail has when you archive or delete an email: you can choose to be brought back to the list, or to automatically open the next email. When we open a notification, we see information about the task, but we don't see comments for instance. So if we need to have a quick look at the task, we now have to open the notification, then open the task, then look at comments, then close the task, then clear the notification, and then exit the next notification to go back to the inbox.
