Feature Requests

I've added this a couple of times, but as the team continues to use Clickup, there is a lot of items missing in tracking and forecasting. I've tried all the widgets but ideally this is what I need: for any given month (and possibly other time frames): a list of projects containing how much time was logged on that project by assignee or resource a list of resources containing how much time they logged on each project they worked on

I'm a developer and I'm using the API to keep track of the times executed per task. It would be good if all 100 uses are reset every month. It limits a lot for testing. I don't know in which case anyone would like to use an API with only 100 unique uses. To do another type of integration, if I knew that I only have 100 uses, I don't risk it. I also have a paid account, but for development I use a free account. I understand the advantages of the paid version, but for development use, that amount I have is no longer going to work for me. I'm not going to get into the mess of creating email accounts just to have 100 more free uses, obviously I'm going to use my paid account, but I think that if they release those 100 uses per month they will help developers to be encouraged to integrate ClickUp with external tools. For example, where Saturday and Sunday are set as non-working weekends, Time Off booked across Friday - Monday should count as two days annual leave, not four.

I'm part of a small development team and we love ClickUp because it offers many features in one place, including AI usage practically everywhere — it's truly great! After a few days of use, however, we noticed that it has a major limitation for a feature that is fundamental to us: time tracking. For us, it's essential to be able to track time for each task and add a description for each entry logged. From what I understand, on our plan ($7/user/month), this is only possible for 40 uses, after which we are blocked from adding notes tied to an individual time track entry. Would it be possible to include in the "Basic Time Tracking" tier at least the ability to add notes to each time track entry? As far as I can tell, this feature currently falls under the advanced ones, but upgrading to the Business or even Enterprise level just to be able to add a description to each time track entry seems excessive and too costly for us. Thank you

What is the point of tracking time if you can't see its relationship to cost? Clients do pay you with hours and at to ask we create hundreds of automatons for something as simple as a rate variable. Please stop wasting time on apple watch integration, Siri, Alexia and more outer edge integrations when something as fundamental as hourly rates are missing.

Description: Since a recent updates, the Start Date & Due Date variable now includes the time zone (ie. Oct 3 2025, 5:00PM (America/Los_Angeles)) in addition to the date and time. Previously, the Due Date displayed only the date and time, which was much cleaner. This is causing confusion, as the time zone is unnecessary for our use case and makes the emails look cluttered and confusing since the events are location based. Expected Behavior: The Due Date should display as it did previously (date or date + time, without appending the time zone). At minimum, there should be a formatting option to choose whether to display the time zone. Impact: Confuses recipients who don’t understand or care about time zones. Creates extra support questions for our team. Reduces the professional readability of automated emails. Request: Please revert this change or give admins the ability to choose the display format.

Requesting if we can show only for business hours or on specific days. For my specific case, I don't want to include weekends in time in status.

Description: Currently, timesheets in ClickUp require that time be recorded manually or through time tracking. It would be useful if deadlines (start and end) could be automatically integrated as time entries in timesheets. This would allow teams that already use deadlines to manage their work to calculate and visualize the time worked without the need to manually record the hours. Benefit: Simplify time recording, reduce manual errors and take advantage of existing data in tasks for more efficient time management.

I wish to have time estimation / Sprint point estimation possible for checklist created under each task.

Hello Do you plan on making the time tracking exports more customizable? Right now there are no options for this at all, which makes it hard to really use them in their current format. Best regards
