This video features a round up formula in ClickUp, but I haven't been able to set it up to my workspace correctly. Its doesn't seem to apply to each time tracking entry though, more for each task. Have a look! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-gRQkZR4To

Hello! Curious if this is something that has been solved? It's tough to tell through this area, as it was a request that started back in Sept of 2020. Please let me know if anyone has any feedback here! This is a huge must for me, as I track everything by the 1/4 hour.

Same this has been one of the few annoyances with ClickUp that would make a huge impact daily is the ability to round to 5, 10, 15 minute intervals and to set this at least globally. Per list or more granular could be helpful.
Right now the problem with every task is if we use the timer we then have to go manually edit the time entry to adjust. Even on the timesheets to my knowledge there is no way to easily batch edit in a view as if it were a spreadsheet EOD without manually opening every single task.
Or even an option when going to stop a timer that you can either click stop or stop rounded and have a little 5,10,15,20 button there to press which means stop and round to. If those were configurable then whether someone only needed 5 or 5,10,15 or -15,-5,5,15 within some limit would be amazing.
I'm sure there are multiple ways to think of this from a UI/UX standpoint and I know you guys will come up with something amazing and clever. Really wish this one could be prioritized after years of waiting.

Agree with everyone else here! We have contracts where we bill to the 1/4 hour by task. It is becoming difficult and taking a lot of unnecessary time for us to unravel this manually on the backend. Hoping to see ClickUp prioritize this soon!

Any news on this? 15 mins intervals would be important for our billing process

We are sharing client access to ClickUp and they see raw time as we bill clients with Harvest in a 15 minutes roundup. The client can't see the same in ClickUp as on his billing. Problematic.

We do it exactly the same like Kurt wrote. We round up each logged time up to 15 minutes. It means that after an employee works on a task for 11 minutes we have to be able to round it up to 15 minutes. It's super crucial for our monthly reports which we share with our clients.
Please, provide with such an option in ClickUp :)
