Feature Requests

It would be very convenient to have the ability to have subfolders. I use folders for classifying projects. For example, Projects would be a Folder name. 2019 Projects would be a Subfolder name.

Current behavior The current list limits per Space are: Business: 400 lists Business Plus: 1,000 lists Enterprise: 1,000 lists The problem These limits make ClickUp unworkable for any business that manages many clients, each with multiple objects or locations, property managers, facility managers, trades companies, and building service providers. The natural ClickUp hierarchy for these businesses is: Space → all clients (one space per business area) Folder → each client List → each building or object Task → each job or service at that building A mid-sized trades or facility management company might have 200–500 clients, each with 5–50 buildings. That is easily 2,000–25,000 lists per space, far beyond the Business Plus limit of 1,000. The forced workarounds all create new problems Splitting clients across multiple spaces clutters the sidebar and breaks cross-client reporting. Making each client its own Space results in 300–500+ spaces, which is unusable. Flattening the hierarchy loses navigability. None of these are real solutions. The ask Business: 400 → 5,000 lists per Space Business Plus: 1,000 → 10,000 lists per Space Enterprise: 1,000 → Unlimited Property management, facility management, and building trades are a large ClickUp user segment. I would like the ability to make tags specific to workspace, space, or lists. My company currently has "Industrial" and "Construction" under a Major Sales space that we report out of. The ability for all of the Industrial relevant tags to not have to be shown in the Construction list and vise versa would clean things up a ton.

This would be useful when there are a lot of custom fields in an item and by default you just want to select a few to show when you open the task/item view. See an example from notion

It would be extremely helpful to have a way to view everything from all workspaces.

Export the Description field when you export a list view

The "show task location" feature is a lifesaver in list view. It allows us to filter on items from particular lists (or at least see their origin) and also organize our big projects in a more clear manner. However, when mixing tasks from multiple spaces in a list, its very difficult to tell them apart from the location indicator. We have to use custom fields for it, which is both time consuming or uses automations, where we would much prefer is the task location feature would just be a little bit more flexible. It could show the entire path, or maybe allow use to show the space or folder container in a checklist or with radiobuttons (the default viewing I mean). ClickUp is amazing.

Right now I can reorder all the columns in a list except the task name. That column has to be first. I have a wide monitor and I like my browser to be full screen, but when I'm full screen, there is a HUGE amount of whitespace between the task names and the other columns to the right of them. I'd like to be able to set the task name column size explicitly and have it stick to that. Right now it just sizes itself based on window width, and I can't move the other columns closer (and I can't resize the list panel) forcing some info to the extreme left of the screen, and some info to the extreme right side. And, I'd like to try moving other columns to the left of the task name, like perhaps priority, to see how it feels there.

allowing this will improve use for RTL lang even without full support so I can print list of task but the task column itself will be on the right of the screen in list view
