LOUDER, this is so freaking annoying. My clients keep adding me to their workspaces and I have no idea what's going on because all my tasks are scattered between them. It would be great to have some kind of overview that pulls in communications, anything I'm assigned to/mentioned on, etc. from all workspaces I'm a part of so I can manage my workload properly without having to keep jumping around just to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing every day.

As a consultant implementing ClickUp for multiple clients, the lack of a unified view is a major bottleneck. I waste too much time switching between siloed workspaces to check tasks or update templates.
What we desperately need is a "Master Account" or "Agency View" (conceptually similar to Google Ads MCK) that allows us to:
- Aggregated Tasks: A single "My Tasks" list filtering assignments from all connected client workspaces.
- Central Control: Ability to push template/automation updates to multiple clients at once.
This would be a game-changer for agencies who currently struggle with the isolated workspace architecture.

Switching between workspaces all the time can poss some extra hard work. I wish click up can come up with a feature where by all the tasks assigned yo ke across all workspaces including all my personal tasks across different workspaces van easily be assessed. The new my list funtion should be done to bring up all my tasks across different workspaces and inspite of the workspace i am logged on to, i should be able to see all.my tasks easily in other workspace. asana has such feature as my tasks which bringa up all tasks across the different workspaces.. Would appreciate if click up can and we should be able to add a personal task from it to any of the workspace spaces. It makes it easier than always switching all the time. I might be on any workspace..i just need ti know the other tasks assigned to me in other workspace and my personal one too. All should be in one place so i easily know my tasks across all board from one place and see how to priotise which per time and not waiting till i am checking everything one my one..if i have up to 20 workspaces. Switching would be difficult. Hence one list that contains all the different tasks across all workspaces and personal ones would solve the debacle and i should be able to access that list inspite of the workspace i am on and also available on the homepage as well

View all tasks assigned to me despite which workspace it came from. I work for multiple organizatuons with seperate clickup workspaces. If I were a member of the workspaces using the same user account, this seems possible. Right?

or create a way to manage spaces under a workspace where instead of having different billing for each "workspace", it would be by "spaces" so that its easier to switch but still see everything from all spaces?
